Those are filling in nicely and will more.

The pheno of LSD that I got was easily strong enough to get more attention,
and it was also different from most of my other buds. VERY dense nugs. They
can gum the grinder. LOL.

Great work!

Today I finished my CO protocol.
I ended up doing more than I planned but it worked out well. My plan was to do 3/4 gram during the day and 3/4 gram at night. Ended up doing 2 grams a day till the last two weeks, 2/3 gram at 7am, 1/3 at 11am and 3pm and then 2/3rds at 7pm.
I bought a 101 and 103 gram jars of FECO, one for me and one for my son's mother who has breast cancer. Turns out her cancer is estrogen driven so she is not taking the oil. So I was here with the extra jar so I upped my dosage to to three grams a day for the last two weeks plus. I will now switch to a maintenance dose of between 0.1 to 0.2 gram daily.
I did a PSA test in late November and although it went up slightly my Percentage Free PSA, with is the key number, rose substantially. I have not seen my urologist yet, appt in a month or so, to see if the tumor masses have shrunk but I no longer have any pain and I am able to ride my bike with no discomfort. Shall see in a few months.
I have been able to do most everything I could prior to starting the protocol only I do it a lot slower. Cooking worried me to begin with but again just slow down and no cuts or burns. Driving, I have to plan my trips to the store and the such, I wait about two hrs after taken my morning caps before I go to the store. It has really not been a issue. I do tend to forget things, so a calendar is very useful with alerts on my phone has kept me on time, for the most part. My GF was worried that me being around people would give me away, I told her that I wake up in the morning to coffee and a big bowl so no one has seen me unstoned for most of my life, I can handle people and issues that may arise. Heck I eat lunch weekly with my son at a BBQ place that is frequented by the police and sheriffs and we engage in conversations with them all the time and all is cool.
Anyway, glad to be done, and will be able to make the next batch of CO myself with what I have left from my last two grows and this current grow.

Thanks my friend, glad you like what is going on here. I saw a manifold grow the other day, going to find it, but the guy had the branches so spread out he that he had a vert care inside the plant with the light hung inside the cage. One cage per plant. Cool idea.

I have not found it yet. Thinking about it, as the manifold is being constructed, you remove the undergrowth as you go, is that not correct? So by the time you grow an 8 branch manifold to 24" (the minimum I believe you would want would be 24"). So maximum distance of the light from the plant would be 12". As you have removed the branch stems building the manifold what could be spread over the screen other than a single branch. Get same results with support stakes?

Hope to find it as my memory is not the best anymore.

That's it for today, all seems to be going along ok, little tip burn, running low ppm nutes, but have kicked up the KoolBloom these past few weeks, not even near the amt GH recommends.
Will do a flush this evening has been a few weeks since last flush.

This morning was busy, flushed plants with the nute solution, 0.85 EC, basically drained the rez so I got about a 70 +% runoff. The EC of the runoff after the first flush was 1.8, have been feeding at 1.1 to 1.2. The pH was perfect at 5.82.
I know now why I was getting the tip burn, and hope I am not getting any lockout, don't think so. During my normal cycles I get < 5% runoff on the 1st cycle of the day, I believe that is due to the plants going through the night hours, with 15 hrs between drip cycles and then it only receives 1 min per cycle, so they are a bit drier. It is enough solution to get the plants to the next drip cycle, in 3 hours. By the last of the four daily drip cycle, at 6PM, getting just under 3 gallon runoff per 12 hour light cycle.
This flush should be a good thing as we will be going into this last few days before final flush, cleaning up the root zone will be a positive step.

Next I checked my clones that I took off the plants in the tent that will be going into the tent upon completion of this round. They will be getting hand watered today, they are looking ok.

Then pulled the clones I had taken off #5 about 3+ weeks into flower I believe. They were planted in Root Riot cubes then snuggled into a bed of coco. Left alone, under defused T5 lighting behind the plants above. Wow when I opened the cover this one stood out, got a close look, now I know why it looked that way.
Solid mold

The remainder of the the clones have rooted and following transplant into solo's they were given a good heavy dose of light nute pH'ed solution to 50% runoff.

Hope to get these three into one 15 gallon coco pot and do a horizontal Monster Crop. Have never done it but it looks like it would be a fun grow.

Ok here they are the, second generation of Barneys Farm LSD, they will be going into the tent this weekend.

The white stone on the top of the coco is Growstones, I was out of clay pellets, to hold the coco in place, so thought I would give this a try.

Guess that's about it, time to do chores now.

Looking good brother @gr865 !
I like your style, positive and uplifting growing :hump:
Thanks Bud,
I am too old to be negative!
Negativity causes stress and I have for years been on a mission to eliminate stress from my life and have done a damn good job of it I think.
All I want in life now is to be left alone to pursue my hobby, make my own medicine and share any excess with with my Buds. Have a group of young vets that have issues and when I have excess, be it dried herb, clones, CO and seeds I make it a point to get it to them. I also work with them on grow setups. They are like me, only grow their own meds.

Just a few Sunday morning shots, to go with my Tequila Sunrise.

My GF could not get over how sticky she got reaching into the plants to adjust buds and expose them to more light, and they are sticky!

They are bulking up, just love it.

Day 56 12/12,

Looks like just a few days to go now, the average days that I have read in journals and reviews of LSD is around 60 to 63 days. I am seeing some cloudiness but not yet near 50% so a few more days.
I do have a question about a split harvest, the main colas are ripening faster than the lower, any thoughts on harvesting the upper buds and given the lower growth a little extra time?

To be cont.

I want my vert to look 1/2 as good as this. Hoping someone can say if the split harvest is Okay also. Starting to see the question is different when in respect to vert vs not vert. Searched "staggered harvest" in title got a lot of hits, including https://www.rollitup.org/t/staggered-harvest-help.889767/
but just not feeling anything conclusive in the peruse. Since your lights are really nicely spaced it seems your getting even light top to bottom and your bud may mature similarly all at the same time so maybe no reason to split. 2 cents
