And thats having them bone dry by the third day
I just realised smart pots mean fabric material right so soil can breathe easier, after using smart pots your self would you ever go back to plastic? Are there any downsides to smart pots or any thing to think about if I was to switch over to them? Maybe consider less nutrients and more regular feeds am I on the right path? Would you say 5 days between watering is too long for any reason? Sorry to bombard with questions I’m just researching as much as I can about using bigger pots from experienced people, thanks

I love smart pots. I still use 5gallon plastic grow bags when I do pheno hunting. Honestly there are no draw backs. All benefit. Well....I suppose if you was doing no til or supersoil u might want something that doesn't dry out as fast so your microbes stay active throughout your container.

5 days would be way to long if I did that right now. Because they are basically dry at 2 days. I also never use over half strength nutrients and a few full strength addictives. I feed every watering

Mine take 5 days to dry out in plastic 22litre pots they just start cracking round the rims at about 5 days and yeah I’m using super soil at the moment on this run but plan to use a weak soil next run as I did a test with one plant this run in weak soil and it bloomed much faster I couldn’t believe it it was clear to see among all the others in the super soil. I assume the super soil had too much nutrients and stunted the growth for bit at the start of flowering after a couple weeks just water the test plant started yellowing and was in need of some feed but the rest were still green for another 3 weeks and have basically caught up, I’m interested to see if the test plant finishes first

One of the most flavour filled smokes I ever had granddaddy lime pheno lol
I was pleased with kens gdp. Mine did not go purple. It wasn't until I crossed it and then grew out something like 60 seeds of that and found the purple ones
