its ok it is probly the smallest you would ever want to have its good for my lil tent i have to empty it every other day just cause it only holds like 3 liters or so of water keeps humidity down n i havent seen n pm or signs of it since i used serenade and add it you will probly want a larger one as you will want to remove the humidity from your garage as well i hear homedepot or lowes sells a really nice one for around 200.00 or so i recomend an ac for the summers as well as a water chiller too cause its going to get hot in there i did my first few grows in a garage in tents before i moved it can get hot n humid i saw the cab u going to use i dont know about ur space or how u arrange you garage but i would two things one if u going to use it as a clone n flower cab u want to probly do like a dwc sea of green in like 3 inch net pots or moving the clone chamber oput of there making it flower only cause u can possibly fit a 2x4 in there if im correct on ur dimesons and do a sea of grown build ur own stand for the table u could use a 20 gal res if necessary to keep your height down youll get more plants in a sog that way stick with the cool tube possible look into a ceramic mh very nice in regards to 400w choice is urs lost of things to try out n yea love a plus they way chill fro n all of em always hookin it up but i actually really havent been there as of late i go to a hydro shop by my house i think its california hydro or something everyone is very cool n a few are med growers themselves so they have first hand knowleged and big fro does to hes the man those the only two shops i got to cause they are good people

That was one of the dehumidifiers I was looking at. Seems to get ok reviews on amazon.
For the cabinet, I have already scraped the 2 chamber idea. It will now just be a flower box as I have a source of plentlyful clones and even small veg plants. I will eventually make a second small box to clone and veg for a week or two, but I just want to get a grow under my belt before the heat arrives and I have to deal with that.
For the hydro system, I am leaning towards the turbogarden ebb and flow. With all the research and planning I am running out of steam, and at this point I have more money than patients. Not to mention it will fit very well in the box. I will make the hydro for the veg chamber though.
Not to worried if a dispensary turns my name into the state. I have heard of many cases so far get thrown out of court and the 50 is forced to give back anything seized. I have a feeling the upcoming legalization ballot could be a pretty close call. Eventually it will be decriminalized. Hell if Nevada is now a MM state, things are going in the right direction. Nevada used to be hard core against it.
