Got myself into uncharted waters.........

Hey all, while I've been growing for many years, I find myself in unfamiliar territory.
My usual annual routine is to start my seeds, indoors, around Feb. 15, (I'm on the 38th parallel), for my summer outdoor grow. This year I built my first indoor grow room, and on Dec. 27, I decided to start my summer grow "a little early!". Put out 15 strains in peat cups, all 15 popped and are thriving.
My problem, how the hell do I hold these girls back for an outdoor grow for a minimum of 75 days!
I need light timing help, to give min light without forcing flowering. I have them on 14/10 now. They're in 1 gallon grow bags. I have about 400 (actual) watts of CFL available. If anyone has any experience with this type of situation, please post-up and if I'm screwed, so be it.
Good luck & good grow.......BB

O Ok well that makes it easier :) I have kept strains alive for months just clone them and once it is well rooted and growing you can even toss the bigger plants if you want and just keep cloning the clone until it's ready to be hardened off and placed outside permanently. You know you could probably almost pull a whole indoor crop and hold back some clones for the outdoors in the time you'll be waiting. Your already growing them and taking a risk. Than you'll have an idea of the better strains too. I'd throw some under an HID personally.

Im not a professional, I have 1 outdoor grow under my belt that I started indoors (early Feb 2010) & I just started a indoor S.o.G. which Im about to post some questions about. If you dont want to go the cloning route I think u can basically Veg ur plants as long as you want to right? They wont start to flower until u put them under the HPS at 12/12. What I did last yr was kept the seedlings in 1gl pots under CFL's on 24/7 as long as I could b4 they would get root bound(about 1.5'), then put them in 5gl pots on 18/6 or 20/4 under the MH's & they were good till I got them outdoors at 3'-4'. Your gonna have to give them some Nutes w/ Nitrogen but u can try giving them as little grow nutes as possible until u want them to climb if u dont have the room. Hope this helps alittle.

i would suggest either grow inside or lst them. Then let the little buggers off lst when they get outside and let it get crazy on you or keep lsting?
