DAY 22

I think things are looking pretty good. So when do we think Veg stage will start? When should I give some liq nuits? When should I start bending them to train then to grow out?

Also at this stage what temp would you have the tent?

Have a great weekend everyone!

You are passed damping off stage. Id go about a cup each spread even now and let em dry between watering.

Thank you! Love the help on this site everyone is really helping me out a ton and I appreciate all of you! Let’s hope I get some good stuff!

Also in my tent I have 2 600 w yield lab lights currently running at only 50% each so max watts to the plants now is 600w should I bump that to 75% each light yet? Or still wait?

Anybody ever use this? If yes did you use it with liquid nutrients? Did it work out well? Thinking about trying it on 2 of my plants and test it out. Thoughts ?

Yep same here.

early veg 60-65
late veg i started dropping it down to the 50-55 range
now in flower and ive dropped it down to 45-50, will keep it at this range until the end.
When did you start training the plant to grow outward and not upward?

Yep sure, this is how i did it. Im sure theres many others who do it better and are much more experienced, but ill gladly share with you what i did

Once plant grew 6 nodes i topped it. This was day 17-18 from sprout

I waited 4-5 days to let the plant recover from the topping before i started LST

I began LST by tying just the very top of the plant over to one side.

Every day, little by little i tightened the wire and bent her over further until eventually the main stem was almost flat to the pot. This
allows all of the new growth to begin shooting up after the original topping.

I waited another week and by then they were ready to be topped to the 3rd node on all the side branching.

Keep tying stems down and out away from the middle. This is when i kinda started shaping the plants and keeping the canopy somewhat even and allows all the smaller shoots to reach the canopy.

I kept tinkering with the ties/stems until i was ready to flip them. Tying some done further, releasing others, mainly focus on keeping the canopy flat.

PICS:

#1 & 2 couple days after topping and the day i began LST
#3 10 days later just showing how ive pulled everything away from the middle
#4 showing just how much the main stem was bent over at the base
#5 & 6 showing another round of LST, sprawling everything out and keeping the canopy flat
#7 Last real round of LST before flip
#8 shows just shows how much they filled back in within 24 hours
#9 canopy shot few days before flip
#10 heres the girl the day before flip, this is the plant i showed pics of at the beginning and of the stem bent over etc

heres a few pics....nothing like a tutorial from growweedeasy but it may help you visualize it a little better

I think you can still run them at 50% for a few more days..thats still alot of light

but that is something someone more experienced than i am, would be better off answering lol
