here we go now, if its not one thjng ita another. so i am measuring the led to see what height it is earlier to write the above post, and i pass my hand over one of the “dual fans” as im adjusting the pulleys, i notice that one of the fans isnt blowing any air out but think to myself it must just turn on when it gets hotter. after i minute i realize how stupid that sounds and go to see if its working, its not of course. i can see that the entire thing is broken. so now im on the mindset to return another goddang light to amazon because if the thjng was shipped broken and cree leds are better, i still have more than ample time to return it. so can someone please send me a link to a good LED light, whats a good conpany for the cree cob leds ive read on here about. i post all of this from a moblie phone my eyes feel like theyre gonna bleed, someone please show me the light with what led to use that is decent, im going to use a hid in the winter i will have one of each, i just cant figure out which led to get and stick with

and also is it even safe to have this thing running 18 hours a day with the fan broken and laying on top of the led board?!? please help!!

i got a net trellis to do a scrog with, height may be an issue later on so scrog seems to be the way to go for height control and yield. i topped all three plants and did an experiment. i took off the bottom fan leaves on one plant, cut the bottom shoots on another plant, and took the bottom set of fan leaves and sprouts on the other plant. what do you think will happen? im planning in LST as well once the new shoots come up and give me something to work with. should get my quantum board lights next week and finally will be able to settle in to my final settings for the grow tent. or i mean rather i have all the equipment and lights i need now for quite some time im hoping

The one i linked is a better deal with the newer diodes. $329.99 using the lm301c at the same wattage will put out more light.

I think you mean lm301b and that's a kit I also linked a kit sometimes is good to give beginners an already made fixture as an option in their budget. The $100 savings isn't worth shit if you spend a month doing research vs growing bud

I think I linked the price with assembly included he could save a little by plugging everything in himself which is super easy imo but if your not comfortable doing it yourself an extra $100 isn't really that much
They are the same kit, went back to try and figure out the price disparity. Regardless, a great choice, assembled or not. Yes, 301b. .
had a look led grow lights depot will be cheaper, they do not offer assembly from the look of it, DIY the other one and it knocks $25 off the cost.

I havent read earlier posts but have currently 7 t5 cfls 5 x 28 watt 2 x 14 watt for vegging purposes. i also have a assembled hlg 280 (actual draw) i think 320 i believe coming in the mail sometime this week. i returned the PLATINUM LED P450 because of a broken fan, its just a super expensive blurple, currently waiting on amazon to refund me the 500$ for it. took a few weeks but should have my lighting all set for the time being.

influx i checked out the les link you left, i also read the posts earlier. isee the ones you linked have samsung boards, and the one in my HLG as good? i saw it said top bin in the spec. my tent is 2.5 x 2.5 but really 2x2 realistically, im in vt so only going to do two plants, so hoping the hlg led should cover the area and isnt too much light, which i dont think it is from what ive read.

That is exactly what Ryante linked to, great light, you'll be happy. You may need to turn it down at first. I don't think you need the Rapid. Get a grow down with this one and see how it goes.
