havent but have heard they are decent. i use apollo and not too many issues, the ones i have had have been resolved with minimal contact to cust service.

ive wanted to try apollo ballasts but i was told to stay away from china stuff but it has good reviews lol and its dirt cheap.

I use Apollo. No issues.

I have galaxy ballast dont no ifnits the type ur talking about there green galaxy 1000s watt and I have no.problems I have dropped them wtc and still work good w no problems
