Is that how you are at home? or is that just how your partner felt... I can be argumentative at times but I doubt my lady minds.
I guess I just dont know how to handle situations properly.
I think I could have saved "us". But i was just so fed up with feeling low. I am far from perfect, and I will admit that, but I guess it just wasn't good enough. :-(

Give it time... Sometimes I have a difficult time initially seeing things from the other persons point of view, and get pretty... we'll say "difficult" but I usually get over whatever is bothering me after about 15 or 20 minutes... the only problem is that there's no telling what I might say to you before I "get over it"

It's not good for the relationship... you should see a therapist and talk about things... there's probably a lot of shit going on to stress you out that you don't even realize... perhaps your partner will see your desire to improve yourself and realize that even though you're not perfect, you're trying.

Yeah try not to spend too much time under the influence... It'll make you irrational, and unwilling to reason.

Pot makes me feel detached from the people around me, which is a problem that I've been working on.

We are both under a lot of stress. I'm sure that is working against us.

"even though you're not perfect, you're trying."

It's funny that you say that. I tried explaining this to her. I told her I was trying, but because of the life I have led I am far from perfect. I am unique in my own way and I thought she loved me for that. but for some reason she refused to believe that I was trying.
I guess thats what is tearing me up so much. I thought i finally found somebody who understood me.
And it took a long fucking time.

Dude stop putting yourself down it is a two sided issue, you BOTH fucked up and now the relationship is over it just was not meant to be bro. Its sad I know and it sucks but there are always more women and you have to be happy alone to be happy in a relationship.
I know heartbreak all to well, lots of people do it sucks but hey we love you and life goes on. :peace:

Well, I'm sorry to hear it.I can be hard to live with, too,but so far he's sticking around.Sometimes, even though we try, we still hurt people because of how we feel about ourselves.Get some sleep, and think about it in the morning.

I know that once I stopped my drinking Our fights dwindled down to almost nill.. Booze is a great fight starter , No good ever comes of it ,, Maybe cut the booze out for a month or so and see if things get better, booze adds fuel to the fire ,, I know kicking booze out of my Daily life has made me a nicer person and my girl a happier person .. Good luck to you .
