four 23 watt 6500k cfl grow

hey i have a question i have 4 6500k cfl for my white widow grow. i am wondering if i need a 2700k for veg or not. i have a 4100k on hand but i heard its a useless light range for the plant. also what size pot should i use? i know to start in a small pot or cup than transplant into a bigger pot but how big? also will 4 cfl be good for flowering the plant. i know flowering is 2700k i will purchase them when needed. i am thinking if i want to go all the way with 4 cfl i will only be able to grow 1 plant its a very small room enough for 2 in total. i have topsoil with perlite and compost mixture ready to go your help would be appreciated.

4 6500 is fine for veg, you don't need the 2700 until flower time. As far as only having 4 2700's, it will work but you'd be better adding a few more, at least 2.. You'll have better results.
