Flowering with UnderCurrentDWC

A few crispy leaves wont hurt mine are bleached cos the air cooled hood fan cut out for a few days. The buds are still packing on weight! They actualy look fake tbh lol

Your grow looks great as expected mate! How longs left on them? Im running a sour d cross next time , the mighty chiesel lol cant wait!
 
My buds look photo shoped ive never seen such girth or length excuse the pun lol look in my grow show "dwc with no airstones"
 
So I ended up with 5 o's from the 2 jackfrost plants I had to pull down at 5 weeks into flower.

Heres a pic after the dry and trim.

I harvested some Sour Diesel branches today and ..... my goodness are they gooey! During trim I could see the leaves where turning purples, maybe a full 8 weeks would really bring out the maturity in the plant? I have another round that I want to get into the flower room and I'm not sure if I want to wait around. Anyway happy growing all!

I've never seen anyone use that medium. My local hydrostore owner infact tried to donate me 5lbs of it for free because it wouldn't sell. How is it in comparison to Hydroton? P.s. I gotta catch up on this thread looks pretty good.

I can't compare, I've never used hydroton.
 
Lol, I didn't take it because I had 3 friends advise me not to use it when I started growing hydroponically so I didn't even think it was good lol. Btw I'm curious on why your flowering under t5's with such a good hydroponic system? Lol I'd be using thousands all day! Lol but to each his own, I'm just curious why your using t5's? Your yield would probably increase by double IMO.
 
those T5's are in his veg room..not his flowering room.

i recently picked up a T5 HO from HTG..i use it for vegging and the clones.

I'm vegging under the T5's.

I recently spread the plants out and went from 432w to 864w of T5. There on a 18/6 light schedule till my flower room has finished.
 
Ohhh ok, yeah I saw all the t5's n I thought you were flowering under them. I use t5s for veggin also but it looks like you got a couple flower bulbs on em. That's why I was curious. What's your average yield? I saw something saying 2 thousands, and right nOw I got 21 under 2 thousands. But I'm runnin coco. I built my own uc system with 2 gal buckets. I'll be changing it to 5 gallons before I do a run with it thou. Also I'll probably only be doing 1 plant per site. Got huge monsters.
 
Shit's poppin round here ;) Everything looks good UC. A friend of mine bought a 100-slab of those Gro Cubes or w/e and I have a Blue Widow poppin in one now. Never used one, but they seem to be working well. Since everyone previously mentioned it I also made plans to snag one of those T5's for vegging as well so props :D I've seen you work magic with Dixie cups....so you can imagine my curiousity to see your newly redecorated flower house! That Jackberry and the SD both look dank man! <3 the root porn also. My girl's comin down in a couple more weeks then I can start setting up the vert scrog. If you can remember you should swing by and take a look. Happy growing mane!
