nice man, looks like you still got some "densing up" to go though. mine looked like that about a month ago and they're just starting to look/feel dense. probably a couple more weeks for me. i harvested a couple at about the stage yours are at, maybe a little further along and the buds were really airy but CHRONIC nevertheless.

How could you want to harvest them! They look so happy sitting outside in the sun. They don't want to be cut... not yet anyways.
agreed, i harvested my two biggest ones because i was gonna run out of weed and had no money but..they looked at least almost done but turned out airy and not even close to as dense as i thought they were. only got 5 grams off the 2nd tallest one and the tallest one was about 6 inches taller but tied down to be level with the 2nd tallest. got 15 grams off that one. the rest of them are really dense now and probably got another couple weeks until they're ready. i have no idea why i did a 12/12 grow from bagseed but i'll kick myself in the ass until my gdp and og kush clones finish probably hahaha. the tallest gdp is like 9" and there are so many nodes that i can't even get in there to count how many sets there are. bout to flower them as soon as my flowering room's free. bout to take some more pics tomorrow.

all in all, i put some high raters' words to the test since i had to and..they were right! i would recommend taking a small sample before you harvest your baby, nothing wrong with leaving it a few more days/another week. or speed dry it if you're impatient like me lol. http://www.weedsthatplease.com/quickdry.htm i've used the microwave method and the 100w incandescent light bulb method (on a thin piece of foil not double layered, i found out the hard way, took forever....kinda like reading this message, eh i'm blown sorry.) i would recommend the light bulb method over the microwave method. shit was still bomb though.

They aren't getting harvested too soon, don't worry haha. I assumed a couple weeks so I took them off nutes, should I give them more if it's going to be a month plus?

well my bat guano is every 4 weeks but whatever it says on yours. your guess is as good as mine on that one. seems like i remember reading somewhere that bat guano doesn't even have to be flushed but.. not 100%. not sure what you're using but ya.. i'm guessing aim to make the day of harvest the day you would fertilize next. i.e. 4 weeks before harvest for me. i'm gonna start a thread for it cuz googling's getting me nowhere.

The waiting is going to suck. Everyday I look at the plants and I think that I only have a couple weeks and it's really more like 5! I found some good medical connections in my area but having a continual harvest is what I really need. I smoke too much to wait this long. I started 5 new plants under the 12/12 cycle since I only have one grow light I am forced to use the same cycle. I want to veg them once I harvest the flowering plants.

Glad to hear the smoke was dank and got you blazed. Sorry about the lost weight that sucks. Good thing we learning fast!

A surprising number of veteran growers on here don't flush at all. I'd keep giving them food. Your leaves are still nice and green which means they're producing great energy via photosynthesis.(read bigger buds!) Why make them eat those leaves cause they're not getting any food anymore?

May 26: Added an inch of Fox Farms Ocean Forest in the containers, and added about 6 - 8 tablespoons of tomato nutes to each plant, and watered with molasses.

This marks 9 weeks of flowering, any estimates on how much longer and how much bigger they will get? ;)

May 27:

Took the first sample today. I cut it like shown below, then dried it under a 60w incandescent for a couple hours. Not to harsh, absolutely amazing high from 4 - 5 rips. Bud was really airy and green, I think it has awhile to go (at least I hope it fattens up).

My opinion is that she looks done and ready to come down.

Or you could leave her in the ground for another week then cut her down.
Looks so good. Just wait till you dry normally and cure. That's gonna be some bad ass smoke. Have fun and congrats again on a great grow.

Peace and positive energy to you.

It was very smooth considering it was two hours between plant and smoke, and it smelled very strongly of lemon and pine. My eyes watered from it when I was trimming. Some of the smell transferred into taste, but it was far from perfectly cure and wasn't particularly flavorful. It gave me a pretty intense head rush, I spent the two hours after smoking in the backyard cleaning up haha. Definitely not read to be harvested though, they were very airy and I saw loads of white when I was digging around for a place to trim.
