Oh, that is a shadow cloth behind the plant and is not attached to the plant frame at all. It is attached to the wall and is used to reduce shadowing. I got rip by some dude when I post this months ago, to quote "your a crazy shit for putting that black backing on that screen" and so on an so forth. LOL Weird dude.

That is some heavy pruning! I generally clear the center of the plant so it looks like fruit tree. then super crop so the plant grows extra center shoots. Makes some great bushy plants. If you were you were outside do you think defoliation pruning is necessary or possible?

Had one outside grow in the 70's that was amazing, was a first year agronomy student. I knew how to make a plant produce the best fruit, and how to make it ornamental (Espalier) so I topped it many many times, took off a lot of inner growth, I didn't know! Now it was in a very good growing environment with super natural sandy/organic soils that I fertilized anyway, I didn't know.
I ended up being 6 feet tall and at least as wide, had to prop it up with bamboo. Gave use 2.5 lbs of tight bud stinky shit, I am surprised I was not busted. I didn't know!

Critical Mass. topped once, braced and then LST once. Taped up to help keep trunk from splitting too much. Already bushy bushy. Was going to set up a scrog this weekend but just found out I might be moving soon. Better to wait till she’s in her permanent home. New place might provide more space anyway. More pics to come....
