Never heard about night temps locking out mag?... Could be on to something there I wonder?

It’s important to note that there are other factors that may reduce or lock-out the magnesium uptake, such as a permanent humidity, low temperatures, or acid and cold substrates

Thanks for the replies guys. Through your comments I've sort of come to a conclusion of what has gone wrong. Hotrodharley got me thinking where he said the plants are far from done...ive based all my timings on breeders info and according to breeders info the autos should have been ready last week. Budman mentioned the moab powder so I read up on that and it says moab can be used IN THE LAST 2-3 WEEKS... So if hotrod is correct and my plants have ages to go before they're ready then I've given them the moab far too early. Which sucks!...any advice on what to do next?. Flush maybe?... Damn.

How does everyone feel about hitting these plants with a compost tea? Try to kinda smooth everything out a bit? Usually helps the plants that end up under my care ha ha.

I'm game for trying anything new!... I'm looking into when our plants are ready to harvest and seems like I'm way off and have been harvesting far too early. If this is true then I will need to do something to keep these babies alive!... They're by far the best looking plants I've grown to date... The ones that haven't been poisoned anyway!

Take something long and thin and tear the medium up by piercing all the way to the bottom. Hundreds of times and it’s not going to hurt the plants. Break it up. Aerate it. It’s called cultivating when farmers do it with cultivator discs or Rotospikes. Rotospike does the same damned thing.

Then water with plain water once. Watch the plants. If it appears they’re still going downhill compost tea immediately. Otherwise compost tea when they dry from the water. Bamboo barbecue skewers from the grocery store are perfect. I do this before watering all the way from seedling to chop.

Sounds scary to be honest but I asked for experienced grower advice so I'm going to listen and use it when I get some!...looked into how to make tea and I'm missing a few ingredients but I will definitely be trying and will report back once I have... Thanks again

Do u feed all plants the same nutrient because some plants are under weaker lights so not as much ppm needed
Yes all plants get fed the same. Its funny you say that as I've never really given the difference of lights much thought but now that you mention it the plants at the back under the TSW2000 are doing better than the ones at the front under the SP3000?

To be honest led's are new to me I've always used 600w hps... I really didn't think there was much difference between them apart from shape! Ignorance on my part... I just put the difference in growth down to the different strains. I probably would have been better just sticking with one strain till I had everything dialed in but they all sound so good I can never stick to one strain I want to try them all lol!

never heard of night temp lockout of mag either but interested now. But in general you should be dropping night temps, especially later in flower since they will take the lower temps as a sign that winter is coming and the buds need all the energy they can get before things go south.

So just a quick update to see if this helps to give anyone a eureka moment.. So I'm currently waiting for a reservoir full of water to declorinate?... (Think that's the right word?) ... So I can make a compost tea to see if that helps... Anyway in the meantime I've made up my usual batch of nutes to experiment, only this time I've tried my cheap ppm pen. My tap water is 30ppm and when I add my usual nutes as recommended on the bottle it brings my ppm up to 300ppm...ive doubled the dose plus added cal/mag and its still only at around the 730ppm mark?... I've heard people talk about 1000ppm in flower!... Just a thought but could my plant symptoms be caused by nothing more than starving the poor things to death?

Plants still sickly...after much searching I thought I must have a cal deficiency. Gave them cal no change. I took a step back and thought about the space in general and started thinking about the air intake. Hot air going out is sorted as I have a decent fan but my air intake is pretty shit. Basically when I fitted it I cut a hole in the drywall with a duct going into it connected to a 6 inch rvk. On the other side of the drywall is outside so I was weary of drilling straight through because of noise and bugs. Today I have cut a hole through to outside and there is a definite difference in the quality of the air in the room it seems alot fresher now. I read an old thread which I will post which makes alot of sense and seems relevant to my situation.
