I was thinking about buying a couple of these, http://co2bags.com/aboutus.html but wanted to ask around, first. At $25 each, lasting 6 months, they seem like a pretty good deal, if they actually work. I was thinking about going with twice what they recommend, in hopes of conpensating for the advertising BS.(claims of 20,000 PPM each)

Anybody ever use them, hear of anyone using them, etc....?

I hope they are legit, thatd be nice. it says on their site they have a 6 month lifespan and that they are activated already when you buy them... i DONT like that idea, what if mines been on the shelf for 4 months?

^Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I'm thinking they probably stamp a date on them when they are packaged, that'd allow you to monitor actual age. IDK, but I do know that it'd be awesome if they worked well. Hell, for that price, I'd be happy if they only last 3 months. Hmm....one in each corner, temps about 83*, HPS pushing 10,000 lumens,(at the canopy)...... *drools*lol

Using two on my grow now and things seem to be going well. Unfortunately I don't have
the cash for a proper co2 ppm meter so I can't tell you if they actually changed anything
or not but I'm very pleased with my results thus far.

My shop advertised the blocks but doesn't hold any stock as I think they're made when
ordered. When I first got my blocks they were mostly brown with some spots of white,
now they've turned completely white.

I was slightly thrown though when one of the bags completely inflated like a balloon and
the other did not. I wasn't sure which one wasn't working so I emailed the company
and they simply stated that there is probably a small hole in the bag that is deflated and
it's simply letting the co2 out faster than the breather patch on the other. They stated
that as long as the block continued to turn white and stay white it was working properly.
And they have done just that and they both look pretty much the same.

Again, I have no means of measuring the actual co2 output yet, but for 25 bucks each
figured what the heck.
