At the very least wouldn't you have a court ruling from which to defend yourself? As a juror, I would look at it pretty seriously.

i think a medical defense becomes available, which would be a very big deal
but dea doesn't bother with the little guy, only big ops, so those operations probably won't change imho

Yes the dea hasn't messed with little guys since the first term of the G.W. Bush administration. Because most of the time unless they had valid proof of conspiracy to sell/give away it never worked out well from a political standpoint. Does anyone remember the story of Robert Randal? The first MMJ Patient in the U.S.? It was ruled that denying him cannabis which could save his eyesight and prevent severe pain would be cruel and unusual punishment. Case in point as to why patients themselves have relatively little to worry about; from the DEA at least.

F'ing right bro! so sad that the government loses all this money and the power hemp/MJ has. it can be used for so many things and is so much safer than hacking all our freaking trees down around the world. Im not against the use of wood products but it can definitely be limited by utilizing one of the best PLANTS/ Living/breathing/ love buds this great world has to offer.... buds up, prohibition downnnnnnnnnnnnnn:eyesmoke:
