Ever had weed like this? Pics included.

Well i bought some weed from a friend yesterday, normally he just sells this weed with lots of seeds but this time it was noticeably different, sleightly greener and has a very minty smell. Also has some red and gold strings going through it.

Anyway, I was wondering if anybody has came across weed like this before or even know what its called? Was thinking maybe Thai Weed?

yea we used to get this stuff all the time, much better that the typical bush-weed. Called it thai but no idea where it actually originates from. nice smoke though. I'd love to be able to still get hold of that stuff, and thai stick! havent seen that stuff in YEARS

Do you know why it's so brown in colour?

lol none taken, I've read a little about this stuff and people are saying it's some good stuff (pure sativa) which is hard to get these days.. http://coffeeshopdirect.info/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=17947&start=15

Oh and it's £20 for a quarter so im not complaining when there's a drought :joint:

It might look nasty but it could very well be really good bud. I have never gotten anything like that but have seen techniques like curing in a corn on the corn husk or tying the buds like that. It could be a sativa landrace or it's just cured in the same fashion as some were/are.

hahaha nah mate when i bought it, it was like a big wedge cut out of a disc, i think you'd have a hard time fitting that up ur anus lol

looks like a tiny copper wire is wrapped around it lol. I have never seen that before here in canada.
