edit the h2o2 is short lived n you can add the bennies back n they will have no prob from the prior applied h2o2.

Thanks bro. I did not know that makes perfect sence. I also use h202 when startin up a bucket. I've had fowl odor maybe a couple times once H202 is applied knocks it rite out n roots become pearly white. I also use great white too good stuff man thanks for the info!
Lol 4T our grows are real super similar man gives me confidence to know I'm kinda on the right track. Good looking out

Hey everyone, after a long disappearance from posting on the internet I thought I would drop in and start a few threads showing off some grows I have built. I am starting them in Volumes in the DWC section of the forums. Hope harvests have been heavy for everyone else out there. Cheers!

Thanks! I use a massive air pump, really good ceramic air stones, filters on all water pumps, all buckets where thermally insulated with lids as well as reservoirs (ALL water must be out of the intense light or root rot will start) cleaned reservoirs once a week with h202 and sprayed all hosing, walls and pump screens within reservoirs daily with h202. And most importantly my whole system was circulated through a 200G EcoPlus water chiller.

That is why roots where so healthy, and like they say "look at your roots, not your fruits"

Water was kept at a constant 18c

Hey guys, im just about to start my very first dwc and wanted to know how to make a grow diary so people can look up what ive done, plus comment on what i could be doing better, i gess you know what i mean lol,
My set up, its something like a bin ive used, its 2ft deep and 1ft wide, im gonna use a rockwool cube in the net pot and riped up cube for the rest of the medium, it holds 39ltrs of water and that brings the water line about an inch into the bottom of the net pot, im only running one plant init as its my first time so im hoping to learn from this first go and also to see if hydro is the way for me. ive got a 12inch, 2x 6inch 3x small air stones to pick from nut the three smaller air stones make more bubbles plus they sit right under the net pot.
I'm alittle unsure about how much to start everything off with if i go from seed? what ppms are best to start with? as far as lighting go's i can use my 600w dule specrum bulb with its digital ballast, or my 125w cfl hanging down onto the top of the plant, for the side's and back i got 2x 24w n r g saving flo's which are higher out put than normal ones, thats for each side and the back will be covered with a box that holds 4 3ft flo's with reflectors. Im thinking about using the cfl and flo's for vegging and the 600w for flowering.

nice show cropalot .. some massive plants there and the setup looks pro style bro .. Good job there . Did you say you set up grows for people or are them your own grows? You should put a link in your sig to your grow like mine,so its easier to find.

Snapped a few again ..can't help it seems like im always taking snaaps these days:)

Sounds like you got lighting covered...I wouldnt go with the ripped up rockwool as medium though. It holds alot of water and will delay your roots from growing down into the rez. You want your roots to search for water, so to speak.

As to nute strength...I usually start off around 400ppm

Sweet looking setup. Question folks I have several of the 5 gallon igloos and and wondered if anyone has added another thru hull connector and if so what type or suggestions would be appreciated. I hoping to acheive a setup in the future able to run 14days untouched is my ultimate goal.
