I've got them all the qb's dimmed so the draw is approx 800w but some of that is fans, need to check what the 4" is pulling, estimate approx 600w for the lights only.

What driver/s would run 4 qb 120s a just under 70w each max?

Hlg 320h-c2800? Im still super bad at driver selection.

    21.92v-23.52v : board voltage range
    2800ma : board max current

57 VDC to 114 VDC : driver voltage range
    2800ma : continuous current output.

23.52x4 = 94v which is less than the 114v max of your driver.
If you wire the 4 boards in series, thats pretty much the perfect driver for that imo.
You'll be able to run all 4 at full power of 2800ma and arent at a risk of over driving current if you lose a board.

Not correct. I have two 4xQB120 fixtures, each run off an HLG-240H-C2100A, and at 254w for one and 257w for the other, the drivers push the boards past HLG's recommended max of 60w per board.

The HLg-240h-C2100a will output near 2500ma per board in series.
The Hlg-240H-24A Will output near 2700ma per board in parallel.

Could I add 4 more qb120s onto the hlg-240h-24a (total of 8 ) if I want to up the efficiency down the road?

Only If they all come out at a similar fv.

How odd is it for them to have a similar fv?

Nearly had my Quantum Boards a year now and they've done what they needed and more. Running 4x 250w XL boards (yeah yeah old V1 tech ) in a 4 x 8 I've never had such happy frosty dense plants. Thanks HLG :clap:

Been a bit hot in the UK so I'm running less than 800w in a 4 x 8 tent at the moment, few shots from this run,

Also running a 1212 from seed tent (2x3) flowering with a 65w 3000k board. I was blown away by the bud this little board produced last time, any micro growers will love this. I'll be buying another one or a 100w to fill the space.

I have two 3000k 304s ive been running since fall 2017.

I have two 2700k 304s showing up here tomorrow and i just got to thinking.... am i ok wiring these four boards to one driver? I woulda ordered 3000k but it appears thats not an option anymore....

Are these V2 boards compatible with the V1?

there are v2 of the 304 boards?

The 561 data sheet doesnt indicate that the different K ranges have any different FV.
As long as they are the same diodes itll be dependent on the FV like @diyled mentioned
