Fuck yeah man but a warehouse you guys can be more creative than that rented office space or something crazy....girlfriend says im tired of working as my response is looks like we're growing more weed. But seriously people I've been less than impressed by most of medical grade being sold. The highgrade quality just isn't all that present bunch of people trying to make a lot of fast cash and not really caring about the product...but today i got some AK-47 (not really been a fan but this is something else) and knocked my socks off, but alas no bud is better than your own

Colorado is only less than a year behind Ca as far as progress goes in the MJ field. You don't have to be that bright to see dispensaries opening on every corner and every tom dick and hairy that thinks they can grow running a setup. There is still demand in Co for product but within the next 6 months the dispensaries are going to reach its saturation point. and by Christmas you will see a massive drop in the value of MJ. The boom and bubble are over and the writings are on the wall. I would guess you have about 6 to 8 months before the carpet gets yanked. If you've made money than put it away and start planning on a career change by the New Year. (my2cents)

We will never have the same amount of product here as Cali simply because we have a shit outdoor grow season. As we get more and more growers in the market what will happen tho is all the tumbled crap that is sold in a lot of places will disappear. If its not frosty it wont sell at all.

i dont think its gonna go too much more crazy i got a couple buddies tryin to open a grow op to suppl and no one wants to rent them a building when they find out what it is for plus the lawyers that specialize in this want atleast a ten grand retainer fee. So i guess people with money might still be able to get going but not every tom dick and harry

You might be better off just growing and selling to Disp. and even better growing and selling SEEDS!

I think that's what Growman was saying siv3l, grow & supply to dispensories.

It's like any other business Growman, if you don't have the capital or credit then you have to make it. But at least this is a cash business so you don't have to worry about getting ripped off because the credit card industry is unregulated.

I'm growing in my closet and once I get a rythem down I should be grossing about $20k every 2 months, or $120k a yr. When I go to rent a warehouse, once I find one that I like I'll go up to double rent to get it if I have to. And if no one will rent to me for double, then I'll rent a house with a big basement. There's more than one way to skin a cat. :)

Some places ask you to make the disp. your caregiver. Thus allowing them to grow more plants and sell Members or you @ discounted prices. What was normally 50$ is now 30$ and so on. Only drawback to this is that you have given your growing rights to someone else. It is fine for those who do not have the time to deal with growing and it is a great deal for those. What I would like to see is law mandating that dispensers offer more than over the counter bud transactions on Colfax lol. MJ will never truly be LEGAL because if it is then the only ones who will benefit from it are money hungry jerks. I truly believe that if it were legal Marlboro would put it's foot in the mix and big business will stay big business and smaller mom and pop shops who actually NEED the $$ will be stuck with less quality strains and no $$. They will do a 360 on thier fight against MJ and make new commercials geared towards kids to smoke weed. Camel Joe The Blunt smoking Camel will have a new green Menthol flavor if you know what I mean.

True True but in the sake of argument and just because i like to be the other side, I believe that there is something else to growing and curing and manufacturing as it would be...It's the Love the Care the effort put in by individuals whom are paid gross amounts of money for their over the top care love and concern...maybe its just me and i know that most who grow underground are in it for the money not the quality...but i can tell the difference when an asshole has rushed shit or put a ton of K to try and boost weight. Then there are the ones that you get that make you just say man whoever did this put some time and care and makes any price all worthwhile....just for the sake of argument

I think everyone should take this advice and steer clear of Denver if they are smart.

Sidenote: Im an investor looking to open a new Dispensary in West Denver and looking for a couple of sharp and talented growers, caregivers to team up with. ;-)

You can have a caregiver & still cultivate your own 6 plants...3 veg 3 bloom. Don't believe me? Share your sources. AND on to my question..Has anyone used these F.F products and would you recommend them or whats better? I use DWC tek and it's time to bear fruit. THANKS

Greg owner of New Millenium Meds 720-318-3275 has in my opinion (after trying Cannamart, Capital Hill Medicine, and a few others-not nearly all) has the top of the line medicines. He is good communicator a great grower and the one I would invest in. If you are looking to invest try his meds. I don't know if he needs investors though. I don't know all parts of Denver either.

Give him a call if you need to get a card as well.

I agree about pretty looking buds that don't have anything flooding the dispensaries.

Yeah all i use is fox farm the key and it sounds like a marketing ploy but swear to the big man up stairs it works wonders....but ive been getting into other things as of late to experiment and botanicare is a pretty good one but a new additive i would recommend to everyone is synergy it really stimulates growth for all phases of life and is a little pricey but you'll love what you get for it.

Fellas, please try to avoid the big dreams of being able to support yourself on growing medical marijuana. The idea that you can make 120K a year from selling your closet grow is insane. Don't quit your day job.

A great goal for anyone starting up a medi grow is to never have to buy another gram of meds again. Being fully self-sufficient saves me tons of $$.
