somebody please tell me about this co2 ..? is it like some super oxygen that does wonders for ur plants?

is co2 not the shit that causes global warming and tornados and what not..

02 - thats oxygen right? - i got my plants in a well ventilated spot - i am doing allright - would i do better if i had co2..?

and if so, where do i get it? and how do i hook it up..?

ROCK ON ROCKER! haha ur awesome man if you think CO2 is super oxygen then you should just let it be an grow without it. To be effective CO2 needs efficient controls otherwise its just a waste and will be exhausted by your fans faster than you can count to three. If you plants are well ventilated just keep them that way unless you want to invest in a fan and CO2 controller.

lol at this entire thread.

co2 to plants is the equivalent of air to humans, they need it to breathe and live on. the more co2 you give the plants, the better, but they can only take in so much..

as long as U replenish the co2 in ur grow room u should be coo. U really dont need extra co2 indoors. in most cases the normal co2 levels indoors are higher than an outdoor environment, but u can increase ur yeild up to 30% if U use it..

try it and see if it works for U. there are various home made ways to produce it, google it.

CO2 is Carbon Dioxide. Animals breathe in Oxygen and release CO2. Plants breathe in CO2 and release Oxygen. Basically if you're growing indoors you might want to use it during the flowering stage to get some better results. And like some people already said, you can mix yeast and sugar with warm water which will release CO2.

And to answer your question about this being the stuff causing global warming, you're thinking of Carbon Monoxide (CO).

And to the person telling him to fart on his plants, what the fuck dude? Farts release Methane more than anything... You'd be hurting your plants.

Believe it or not blowing on your plants does help them get a little extra CO2. Not a whole lot more but still a little more. I did it too before I got the yeast, sugar, and warm water trick.

Global warming is caused by CO2 for the most part bro not carbon monoxide. Low level CO2 causes the greenhouse effect and creates a nice insulating layer to make us nice and toasty. If we had carbon monoxide at the same level we have co2 we might be wearing gas masks or be suffocating to death. :mrgreen:

I dont actually blow on my plants lol. But I do spend a lot of time with them, breathing out my precious co2 for them.
