Thank u for the reply! but I've been there already. My problem is on the out put side of the regulator. My pressure meter reads in PSI/kg/2 (I don't have a flow meter) I just need to know how many PSI for how long to open up on the exit side. Thank u again!
well my growspace is 4 ft long 3 ft wide 7 tall, and i keep my gauge on 30 psi and then on other little regulator( mine actually is like a little ball that will float up higher and higher in like a 8 inch tube and on the tune it has markings from 0.2 all the way to 2.0 psig) I keep it at 0.1 psig ( which is about the lowest my gauge can go) for fifteen minutes and then the room is about 1500 ppm co2

yeah, my regulator has a flow meter and thats the only type of co2 emitter system ive ever used, i wish i could help

Find one of those collapsible water jugs used for camping (or something similar See how long it takes to fill it (not presurize it, just inflate it) Measure it LxWxD and then do the math for the whole room.
Guessing on the valve isn't great. You don't now the orifice size, so flow is unknown.
