A friend from our own site found it:
Citizens: http://www.elektrikaup.ee/led-lambid-ribad-ja-moodulid/
Drivers: http://www.elektrikaup.ee/trafod/
Is there anybody who speak estonian or russian? What's the trap?
I've contacted this guy, he seems pretty legit however the COBs that he is selling seem to be from a few generations ago?

They are selling CLU046-1212C1-353H5G3, these seem to be generation 4 COBs, and at 2amps, 25tj they produce 8445 lm with 76.1w(https://i.imgur.com/CHFHkHN.png)

(btw the most recent version is CLU048-1212C4-50AL7K3)
- Cheapest is from here - https://led.cdiweb.com/ProductDetail/CLU0481212C450AL7K3-Citizen-Electronics-Co-Ltd/585050/?

Hi .. there is a possibility of ordering through the official distributor for the Czech Republic .. prices however, comes thanks to the added VAT a lot higher than the CDI over .. prices are uniform for all color temperature and chromaticity ..
What I have read so ..tak approach manufacturer to use LED technology for cultivation is quite negative .. although they offer the right horicular LED modules. It seemed strange to me why sales representative dna.czech asking for more information about demand .. if only to better suit my needs with ordering, but I do know what I'm looking for and has been demand for a particular type COB come .. I'm as useless spying .. What do you think would be the most noticeable reason to tell my demand .. eg. installing interior lighting office space .. it is suitable for this purpose eg.?
With the permission of the local member, I would like to join a table with efficiency cob variety of color temperatures and CRI .. where there is already significant in the overall calculation of the spectrum of blue and red .. although the manufacturer does not acknowledge and efficiency in spectrum green and yellow for photosyntentic a biochemical process inside plant .. but for our purposes, this spectrum is less important .. is the most important activity for the blue and red .. unfortunately, the overall proportion ..ale better than anything I think ;-)
COB version.5 have the same spectral curves in allperformance categories, 1212,1812,1818,1825 etc)
CLU048-1212C4 17,72 USD

CLU048-1812C4 24,29 USD
CLU048-1818C4 34USD

Weird I am paying in Holland 10.4€ for each 1212, 14€ for 1812 and 20€ for the 1818. Shipping free and no vat. But you can only buy them in trays of 30 pieces.

Does somebody know if this passive cooling wil do the work ?
http://m.servershop24.de/item/32373638 Its 700g alu with a coper base 10mm thick. Free shipping to me and 2€ for a piece ?

@JorgeGonzales

Any update on your light and how it is working?

If you were just going to veg in the same 2x4 would you use the same COB again?
Got me how it's working, my growing is on hold at home. But I had downtime to build these lights, so I did.

Don't worry about brand or whether it will work. They will all work. Figure out what you need, what kind of spectrum you want, how much you want to spend, and what's available and go from there. That's my advice. Not very helpful, but advice nonetheless.

Edited to not hijack your thread Jorge, will put this post in my build thread looking for input.

I need to cover my 2x4 tent for veg and also have the ability to flower autos in there while photo's continue to veg.......

I would like more even canopy coverage across the board vs just being able to say in the middle at 18" my PPFD is better than yours etc I could care less about that. I want to remote mount my driver outside the tent to help even more with heat now that I got the temps down ripping the T5 out and testing the Tasty LED in it's place. I would like pin heat sinks and the ability to dim my lights as well.

Maybe I am naive about something but before I pay what a Vero 29 costs wouldn't the CXB 3070's be a good alternative in the same price range?

No matter as this is about DIY on a budget not that it matters, I can afford to go all 3590's but I feel there are other options that will work as well in the real world and I want to customize the light to my needs and growing area.

So this brings me to the Citizen 181's/1212's vs the Vero 18's and Vero 22's....... double the price for the Vero 29's/CXB 3070 won't double my yields so not sure it's worth the extra coin that could go to buy other things.......

I think that spells it all out.......

I could rip my Tasty LED's apart, BUT I think it's more cost effective to sell them and go DIY from scratch.......... especially if I can get suitable COB's in the range of $15/each or less..........
Brother that is why I am going with 1212's! The way I. Am designing the setup I can always upgrade to 3590's when I find some extra cash lying around.

Emailed the Aust distributor for Citizen and although they quoted a good price for the 1212s ($11), they have a MOQ of 180. Pretty annoying.
