Hey guys!

I am currently in India doing my studies. I was a regular smoker when I was back in the states so my interest carried on when I came to India. I was very disappointed. I am currently residing in Bangalore and most of the stuff we score here is garbage. Its smoked and grown very poorly. Is there anyone from India here or anyone that has made trips to India? How was your experience. What kind of stuff did you score? Do you maybe have pictures? And what worked best for you?

Don't they have some bueatiful landrace strains out there? Nothing too special but stoney enough. I'd like to know what they are paying out there..
And what about them bhang shops? I'd kick it at the hookah bar all day anyway.

They do have some great landrace strains here but the problem is the bud is grown very poorly. So the weed is just, well shit haha. Usually you can get a bag of 50g for 500 rupees so $10. But like I said its pretty bad. And almost 75% of the stuff in circulation is spiked with rat poison, battery acid, or shoe polish. They do this to increase the weight, and the end product is the most undesirable looking and smelling bud in the world.

I have been to bhang shops but after a couple of glasses you feel only light headed lol. Its really weak. My indian counterparts where rolling on the floor laughing while I just sat there wondering what the hell was happening.
And hookah is pretty nice and the places are nice but it does get boring lol. Plus the hookah here is much different than hookah in the states. You get a strong nicotine buzz after hookah here.

My best friend is there now. She was in Gujarat with family then she went to Nepal and smoked some nice hash and now she's in Jaipur. Go up the mountains!!!

Its not completely legal but you can easily get away with it so basically. You still have to be careful tho. Also next year when I move into my own place I am planning on growing my own. Then ill have some of these local kids smoke that are see how real weed is haha.

If you go north you can get some decent stuff but it does require traveling and being a college student Im a little locked for time.

Exactly! Even though in reality its not THAT bad. Still traveling is time consuming and Im not super strong with the language. Even tho theres alot of guys on these trains that try to get you to go with them to there place so they can sell to you. Cant really trust them tho.

Hey howzit? There is/was at least one guy on this forum growing in India. It's too hard for me right now to check it out on my phone, but I think his user name is "elchucacabra". Maybe he can advise you about growing there. He mentioned the same thing about weed being laced with battery acid, super lame. Try using the advanced search and searching for his user name or search the word "india" both in the entire thread and the titles only option. I hope it works out for you

Its okay man, besides the weed issue and the social infrastructure is different as well. The only way for a large amount of people to like you is having money lol. Because with money also comes power and Indian people love to bleed those traits. You could be good looking guy with a great personality and a great sense of humor and very much a extrovert but many people would not give you the time of day because you have really nothing to offer them in there eyes. Once a guy here told me that people will drain you of everything your whole life till your dead, and once your dead they wont care you gone. So everyone is fake friends with everyone lol.

These are just some of the things I see different about the way people think.

Anyways yeah I just looked him up and yeah he is very helpful! Thank you! I will grow once I move into my new place and might start a growing thread of my own :)

There is definitely some amazing weed in india. You are going to have to leave your comfort zone to find it, though. I mean you basically asked where the good weed is, people said, "in the mountains" and you said, "I'm not going to the mountains!"

Haha the thing is the mountains are FAR away like really far and you cant really just go up there as alot of these places that grow are guarded by the local people and tribes. In Kerala a southern state of India there is fields of weed in hidden valleys in the state but they are kept pretty secluded and protected. The weed grown in these areas is supposed to be the best in India but is mostly exported. If one where to venture into these areas it would not be safe especially for some one that's not local.

So in the end its not because Im afraid of going out of my comfort zone its just you need alot of time, some money, and risk your safety to get weed like that.


Does it exist? Of course it does man! But remember there are over 1 billion people in India. Shits rare dude.

I've seen vids of certain places in India with weed growing all down the road and such, shit if you can't score pot India is producing so much generic meds its ridiculous. Give up one high for another.
