way to subjigate your oppinion onto anothers way of life.. lets see, a retired couple (2 people) 4 pounds/12 months = 1lb(16oz)/3month = 5.3oz a month/4.3 weeks (4.3 accounting standrads for any business) = 1.2 oz a week
1oz=28grms
34grams/7
less than 5 grams a day.
that would be for one person, 3 joints... yep major pot head... :( if you had a wife then its half...
Not to mention the slum lord provision- you might not be allowed any space , then you can buy all of your medicine from Dick CO. And yeah even if you can have your 25 square feet take your wife point 1 step further what if you live with 5 people???- 5 square foot each. And I hope you have a lot of money for taxes because they might be looking to tax you on that 25 square feet and they'll tax you on maximum projected output and I know that I for one cant pull anywhere near a gram per watt but expect to be taxed at that rate if their able to. And be sure they will use your tax dollars to further reduce our quality of life. I can see it now with all that extra tax revenue we could build more prisons hire more parking enforcement to give us parking tickets more police to give us speeding tickets new building and fire code inspectors to inspect peoples gardens and fine and tax them accordingly.

speculation....bla bla bla (all unfounded)

i never know if you're being serious or not, so i will simply ask you to cite your silly assertions. i guarantee you most of them are 100% pure horse shit.

as for 5.3 grams a day not being enoug for someone...whatever. that is simply what you can EASILY pull out of a single 9 sq ft space. i'm sure you can pull more with stronger lights than i have (500w). now, given that you're allowed nearly 3x that much space, let's see...

25/9 = 2.77777777777
2.777777 * 5.3 = 14.7

suppose we amp up the lights and get 2.5 ounces off each plant...

2 * 1.25 = 2.5
14.7 * 1.25 = 18.375

are you trying to tell me 18 grams per day is not sufficient for RECREATIONAL use?

not medical, mind you....recreational. 18 grams a day.

whats to say that prop 19 won't bring in the feds? to run over 19 and 215? I personally think it's somewhat unlikely but it is possible. If they come in they will make a lot on forfitures-How much do you think that 60,000 foot wherehouse is worth? they could seize all assets take all the big players out and take all their money and take out the medical comuinity while their at it they could set the marijuana movement back 40 years. the fed govt could view this like succession as a state breaking away from the union they could get on it pretty heavy. look at Arizona the fed govt is sueing them over immigration laws instead of stopping our country from being invaded. the people have voted and the govt is ignoring it. I wonder how they will react to prop 19

Im sorry guys, i went through the trouble of registering on this site just to say this beardo guy is fucking stupid. Reading his posts make me want to stab him in the eye. I hope he gets his door bashed in by a goddamn battering ram.

all prop 19 means when you look at it, is the people of california think that spending money enforcing marijuana law is not in the state's best interest, and that they can tax it to some extent. But it's still illegal federally so the feds can still arrest people and probably will.

California needs to pass this legislation, it's a huge step forward for citizens personal rights. forget about the money part! The rest of us in other states NEED this prop 19 passed so we can move forward here too, and end this prohibition madness.

i think you have to be insane to vote no

please dont say cus of taxes and cus they dont want you going to work high or driving high....lame

its just my way of expressing my anger i guess.. no ones going to lay a hand on you bro. i just think its sad that you guys are so against prop 19.. i would have never dreamed of something like this happening ever in my life and when it does you guys bash it. It just seems like its all about making big profits by keeping it illegal. Once this passes the price will drop considerably, i dont think it will be half price but damn close(i can see how that is not a good thing for you growers). Have some compassion for the poor people out there man. No one should pay 50-60 an eighth.. you should still be able to make a living without getting a real job though.

Thanks for your response-John Lennon's birth day was yesterday you had me freaked out. I like to have fun with people and I don't get easily upset I have pretty thick skin you can make fun of me and if it's funny I will laugh. I might mess with people but I mean it all in good fun at the end of the day I wish everyone well and hold no ill will towards any one and I hope you all feel the same. I hope if prop 19 passes it will be good and none of my crazy ideas about what this law might do or anyone elses negitive interpertations come true. My posts and thoughts against the bill are because my life experience has taught me not to allways trust big companies and the govt and lawyers to do what is best for us. If 19 passes I hope it is a huge step forward for all of us. Right now in california we are at a point that we only dream of 20 years ago and I wouldn't want to see any setbacks. For some on both sides it is about money for me it is not. It looks like it will pass so we will probabaly all get to see how it goes.
