i would wait till the second set of the three leaves show but ive seen growers top this early at your stage but i have no experince at toping plant's cuz i never don it.

Give them till atleast one more node, and reasearch fim'ing if your gonna top so early, might give it more chance of the stress not killing it

if your looking to top to get 4 colas...i would wait till you get at least 5-6 nodes...then top it above the second node.that gives it plenty of time to develop a good root system and allows for the new growth to start to fill in a lot faster.you can do it sooner then that...but its best to wait till its a little more developed.

I ususaly wait tell about 3rd to 4th week + to top them because you can take the cutting an clone it for another plant.
