Might want to lower / increase their light. Looks like you have already had to support them from the stretch. They can take more lux than you think at this stage; 12k - 15k.

The manufacturer usually has good recommendations for light levels. If you can't find them on their site, let me know model light you're using and I can give you some ideas about hang height and dimmer setting. 34" hang height, even at 100%, is very little light and 24" and 75% is still not much. One problem with not giving plants good light is that they will stretch to reach the light and will get "leggy", tall with a weak stem.
Toothpicks are a good idea but the other thing that's needed is to put some plant tie/twistem around them (day 3)
Re leaf color. The seedlings in this photo day 6 and they're just a bit darker than yours.
Seedlings are use on the chemicals in the cotyledons (the rounded leaves) for nutrients until they sprout the first true leaves. When that happens, the root system is sufficiently developed to start taking up nutrients and the plant is "officially" in veg. You should be seeing those in a few days.
