Just recieved 2 emails one confirming my order and the other with a tracking number and link to yahoo confirmation.... this may still be a scam, but ill keep you guys posted this fukn guy did take almost 4 days to even confirm, but wat ev.

Last night the USPS tracking number was not working... today it says the package has been received by the USPS, SO all in all the guy took 5 days to proses my order and ship, BUT i had Absolutely NO email confirmation for 5 days, now im hoping i dont get a box of broken glass or a brick or something... i will def keep u guys posted,

JUST received my things from northwest glass my 18 inch zong is 15 inches and the pipe i got has the bowl on the wrong side YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. And after all this I may still go back because the items are OK.

yo where else can you get a zong for 40$ i dont care if it is 15inch and not 18, my experience with them wasnt that bad, but my friend still has not gotten any info 12 days later and went out and bought a piece from a head shop, IDC FUCK JARDIN AND FUCK northwest Glass

im so glad I didn't order from these piece of shit sites awhile back.How are they gonna send you a 15 inch with a fucked up bowl you need to take that shit back.And order from somewhere with quality.

seems like someone has a grudge here. All informed shoppers should know that all major credit card companies protect you from this kind of fraud, use a major CC and you are safe.

Chunky wasn't good for me. They took 7 days to put in the mail when I paid extra for priority shipping. The items were listed as shipping next business day. Plus, I got the wrong sized screens and the item was a different model than I ordered. They also didn't answer any of my questions when I emailed. I did get a nice little bong though, but it was a frustrating experience that I will not be repeating.

Yeah man local head shops have the same mass produced shit as any other shop and mark it up like 10 times cost and it's a blatant ripoff. I guess going with online retailers is a chance but hell, my closest head shop is a half hour away and they have those little frosted glass pipes w red dragons that EVERYONE carries for like $120. Anything with a name on it or w thicker glass is in the 150-200 range to start... insanity. Id rather take my chances online which has paid off with my last 2 orders from Dodo. Also Northwest advertises the $40 zong and the description says 14" and how can the bowl be on the wrong side of a circular object?

i ordered 2 items, the zong , and a elephant animal pipe, the bowl is fucked up on the elephant, not the zong, n the zong is advertised as 18" on NorthwestGlasspipes.com, there are 3 websites that this guy has
