Meet: The Great White Shark (SDH)
Brazilian and South Indian and Super Skunk

High: 8 ~After 7-15 min of ingestion; eyes go dim, shoulders forward and snuggle into the couch not caring whats on tv. 0
Taste: 3 ~Not a big Flower taster and you burp it up. The coconuts not bad just the flower flavor.
Cough: N/A
Nausea: 9 ~ None almost right away. Kept nausea and pain away for a good 7 hours.
Migraine:8 ~Good neutral feeling, little pressure and no pain.
Insomnia: 6 ~Slept on and off while watching tv, just very relaxed.
Emotional Stability: 9.1 ~Great metal state, open to anything, great creative ideas. (If you could get up to write them down) Really friendly and open to company.

Notes: Got a great big bag of crushed plant we made into oil. When put in capsules or mixed into dinner it produced strong relaxing effects even in small doses. It was a good pain reliever that could last half a day. Also when taken in small doses you could be out and about and pain free. Had the oil tested at AZMedTest before throwing some into a bath of cookies for the dispensary.

Meet: Nebula (IDH)
White Widow and Potent father



High: 7 ~Squint'y eyes, fuzzy head, slight daze but still able to work.
Taste: 8 ~Sweet, lemony, skunk'y, and smooth.
Cough: 5 ~Medium cough, but doesn't burn.
Nausea: 7 ~Reduced nausea after 2 bowls but made me hungry and increased stomach acid.
Migraine: 8.5 ~Head is buzz'y and fuzzy pain is lost in these feelings.
Insomnia: 7.9 ~Couch lock-iish took a good nap. Felt good; slept more with heavier medicating.
Emotional Stability: 9.1 ~Really relaxed, no panic attacks, no worrying, no nervousness. Wish I made it into a tincture and made it last.

Notes: Very shiny covered in trichome's and red hairs. Lemony fresh taste and a bit of a cough. Really good head and body high, takes pain away and makes you rest so you can heal. The emotional state induced by this strain complements the high too well and makes room for spiritual encounters. If you come across it, definitely try it.

Meet: "Wild" Strawberry Cough (SHD)

High: 6.7 ~Center of head gets "wierd" instantly. You shake the shit out of your head and are blown when you stop.
Taste: 6 ~Defiantly grassy, a hint of berry and sweetness.
Cough: 8 ~Coughed so much had to hold my breath. As much as I hate coughing it increased the high.
Nausea: 5 ~My stomach did not hurt but it was not awesome. A little hungry, little acid reduction.
Migraine: 1 ~Coughing made my head hurt a little worse but it did reduce pressure.
Insomnia: 2 ~Yawn city, droopy eyes, lazy bones but not tied enough to shut off my mind.
Emotional Stability: 5 ~Feeling good at first, calm and "aware". Paranoia came on after when watching tv. Had to center myself and turn it off. I just began baking and felt better.

Notes: Grown outdoor next to a grape vine UN-maintained. Was hell going down even though it tasted like "do-ty". High was fun but I hate paranoia, Interesting to yawn about once a minute. Wonder if its a stronger CNSD than others. Had some cookies, it made me hungry and my stomach was "ok". Fun experiment to share with some friends.

Meet: Power Kush (IDH)
Afghani and Skunk #1



High: 9 ~Strong, immediate come on. Buzz'y in the head and body.
Taste: 9 ~Citrus'y smooth and skunk'y.
Cough: 5 ~Little bit of a cough every time but just because the taste is so strong.
Nausea: 8 ~Almost no pain or nausea after a couple hits. Made me very hungry after a while.
Migraine: 6 ~ The strong head high takes away from most head pain but it did not take it away.
Insomnia: 8 ~Makes you real sleepy, shoulders and eyes relax right away. You feel like you need a more comfortable chair to sprawl out on.
Emotional Stability: 8 ~Really relaxing, so heavy it turns your mind off and you're just in the moment. Lost in thought often and entertained easily.

Notes: This is a great strain to use as a sedative and as a pain reliever. It tested out at over 21% THC and it proved it in the smoke. It tasted so smooth and smelled of strong citrus. Nausea and head pain is reduced almost immediately, the strain is long lasting that you should use it at home in the evening.

Meet: Blueberry Kush "Kushberry" (IDH)
Blueberry and OG Kush



High: 7 ~Pretty instant and relaxing. Mostly head high, body is free for activity.
Taste: 7 ~Lemon'y, Citrus'y with a Kush bite. Smoke is thick.
Cough: 6 ~Thick smoke that burns and causes cough.
Nausea: 7.2 ~Nausea is reduced and controlled but still felt. No stomach pain.
Migraine: 7 ~Headache is reduced in the high, high lasts 30m per hit so can sustain all day with dosing.
Insomnia: 3 ~Doesn't make me sleepy, I did yawn a few times but never felt tired.
Emotional Stability: 5 ~Makes you relaxed but does not alter your state of mind so whatever your thinking you still are.

Notes: Another really great smelling strain! This was a cannabis cup winner recently and was talked up big in my area so I had to check it out. The high was decent and the pain relieving qualities were nice; it tested over 17% THC. I think this would be a great strain to make into tincture or medibles for daytime use for its pain relieving benefits with mild side effects.

Meet: "Choc-O-Pot" Cookie (I/S-Blend)

High: 7-10 ~Mild buzz at first, KO at the end. Lasts all day and into the next morning a little. (Eating x2 cookies)
Taste: 9 ~The cookies themselves are too good to just eat one. The danger is in the flavor, chocolate, oatmeal, peanut butter and more!
Cough: 0 ~Best thing ever, Cookies don't make you cough!
Nausea: 9 ~After eating you have no pain all day and you're nausea is very very low if anything. It does however make you HUNGRY.
Migraine: 7 ~Takes over an hour to reach head healing abilities. Not great for immediate effects but great if ate in the AM and used for preventative maintenance.
Insomnia: 7-10 ~If you can hold out you will be really buzzed and relaxed otherwise you are sleeping for at-least 4 hours for me, 8+ hours for others.
Emotional Stability: 8.9 ~The feeling of having all pains and aches go away all day is great. Its almost surreal when you experience it for the first time. It's this change that allows for some great feelings and goofy times. Be prepared to be silly.

Notes: I make these cookies for patients but get to keep the leftovers and wanted to share one of the reviews with you. These are Organic, gluten and dairy free chocolate no bake cookies. They are infused with Cannabis Coconut Oil which tests very high. They are super tasty and are great on any pain. I actually just got a story back my oldest patient who is 97 years old with parkinson's. She has never touched Cannabis her entire life until last week. Her caregiver gave her a cookie and after finishing it she decided she felt nothing and asked for another. Ate that one and decided she still didn't feel any better and asked for a third, at this time the caregiver gave it to her and went to the store for a moment. When the caregiver returned the patient was up on the top of the couch gripping it so tight asking if she is going to be okay.

Test Results: 19.32% THC; 1.86% CBD; 0.72% CBN

Meet: Sweet Island Skunk (SDH)
Skunk #1 and unknown Sativa



High: 7 ~Comes on a little slow but is smooth and mellow. Mild fuzzy head.
Taste: 9 ~Tastes and smells like Hawaiian berries or tropical fruits. You just want to keep smoking more.
Cough: 2 ~Almost none, unless you get greedy.
Nausea: 8.5 ~used it this morning for severe pain and nausea and it was well under control after one bowl.
Migraine: 7 ~Helps with headache in small doses, continuous smoking makes you get a mild headache.
Insomnia: 3 ~Even though it tested over 1% CBN I felt almost no urge to sleep. Very relaxed though.
Emotional Stability: 8 ~Relaxed, creative, motivated, open minded but easily ticked off. Maybe I just don't want anyone "don't kill my high".

Notes: A real treat to smell and smoke, impressive bud formation and structure. Falls apart easily and is very dense. It tested over 19%THC and showed its numbers well in the smoking. Very good for nausea and pain; don't get carried away and smoke too much. Great before projects or homework, really spiritual and "awakening" outdoors.

Meet: Grand Daddy Purp (IDH)
Big Bud and Purple Urkel



High: 7 ~Pretty strong, gives you a head shake right away and fills your body with fuzz.
Taste: 6 ~Tasted more like Big Bud "do-ty" than GDP. None the less it was fresh and stout taste and smell.
Cough: 6 ~Gave you a pretty decent cough right away. A little throat/lung burn with it pays back in big high's.
Nausea: 6 ~Reduced nausea and pain quite a bit but did not remove it.
Migraine: 6 ~Head pain was reduced greatly. Pressure was increased with the intense coughing.
Insomnia: 6 ~Took a good 30 min nap watching TV. Not really tired just bored with TV and was that relaxed.
Emotional Stability: 6 ~Good mellow body feeling, mind frame is the same as you started. Mind is a little active: like I need something very entertaining to do.

Notes: A decent smoke to have not one of the bests. This one may not have been bred very well as it had little reminisce of Purple Urkel. It tasted pretty good and took care of most severe pain. It appears it might be best for someone who needs some relief but does not want to really feel the high or other side effects. If you got it, smoke it otherwise the Power Kush is a great bud this season.

Meet: GOD Bud (IDH)

High: 8 ~Smooth come on every hit. 30 seconds after exhaling the buzz fumigates inside your head.
Taste: 8 ~Smelled like pineapple and tasted like sweet chronic. Smooth and aromatic.
Cough: 0 ~Took big hits and no cough, burns your throat but no real urge to cough.
Nausea: 7 ~Reduces nausea and pain but increases stomach acid and makes you hungry.
Migraine: 9 ~Feel nothing until I focus on it or move in known "ouch" positions.
Insomnia: 4-8 ~Really relaxing and I took a nap when I wanted to but I was not forced down. Really controllable and mellow.
Emotional Stability: 6 ~Relaxed, feeling good but not altered. Music gets you moving, TV is a bit boring. Same state of mind as before, able to work or even do detailed tasks.

Notes: A really great surprise from the farmers market this weekend. Had no smell at the market but was littered with hairs and crystals under the scope, I couldn't pass up the 8g cola. After a day of air curing it smelled of pineapple and berries; tasted sweet too. Every hit brought on a night swirly buzz with pain relieving waves working downward. No coughing at all, just burn in throat when big hits. This was an outdoor grow that really surprised me, I knew it was a CC winner but this grower really put some love into it. The Pain reducing elements and the relaxing "control your sleep" high was perfect. Enjoy this great flower if you come across it, and buy extra for a rainy day!

Meet: Jack Herer (SDH)
Thought to be Northern Lights and Shiva Skunk and Haze



High: 8 ~Great big head buzz that quickly moves it way throughout the body eliminating pain.
Taste: 9 ~Tastes "frosty", sweet and smooth. Its surprising how smooth and "fresh" tasting it was.
Cough: 2-4 ~Almost no coughing unless you try to be a hero. Throat feels coated and not burning.
Nausea: 6 ~Reduced nausea and pain from a 8 to a 4. Issues were still present but more under control.
Migraine: 7 ~Relaxed and fuzzy are the main feelings in your head. Pain is almost non-existent; pressure is reduced drastically.
Insomnia: 1 ~Not tired at all, felt like I could drive to CA and back. Really relaxed but nothing to push you over to sleep.
Emotional Stability: 8-9 ~Really relaxed, free spirited, excited, open to new things. All the way around in a positive mood, great for mood "issues".

Notes: Another one of my favorite strains when grown right. The high and emotional feelings that come from it are unparalleled in the market. The smoothness and quality taste of the flower is top shelf. It aggressively battles pain and comes out on top. Gives a really great euphoric feeling all the way around, really great outdoors, at work or with company. I got the chance to see the crop and it's a beautiful grow, definitely get you some this season.

Meet: SEX WAX (Non DOM)
mix of 100 indica and sativa flowers



High: 10 ~Instant buzz, whole body and head covered. Resides deep inside your body lasts a good while.
Taste: 9 ~Tastes of 100 wild flowers, fruits and danks. Same flavors when eaten.
Cough: 4-9 ~Get greedy and it will put you on your knees in a coughing fit. Hold your breath and drink some water before round two.
Nausea: 9 ~Nausea slows down quickly and pain is much reduced within 1st bowl. Not really hungry either.
Migraine: 3-8 ~Small hit will help with pain but the lust of a big hit draws you in and can cause some pounding or pressure.
Insomnia: 7 ~Very relaxing want to snuggle on the bean bag and watch food channel. Can sleep after a few hours of high.
Emotional Stability: 9 ~Such a fresh, clean feeling. Almost like a natural high except the body buzz. I'm creative, fun, thought-provoked, excited, motivated, chill and can do just about anything.

Notes: This was made with a solvent the red is the first draw, pure THC and smells of Maui flowers. Yellow is the second draw more green and earthy very strong body high. Purple is the clean up from filters. All three give a different high. I prefer to mix them all and that's what this review is on all 3 mixed. BHO is good but this is completely different It's an amazing high unparalleled from anything else. It coats your body instantly and tastes so good. Your whole body relieves pressure, if you have backaches or bad knee, etc. You would feel almost instant relief. As my stomach and head were well under control quickly. Really great oil to take on the go, you can use it all day and you will want to. A good way to explain it is it feels like you got your head on right for once. Works in an Atmos oil rig or mixed with glycerin in an ecig.

Meet: Sweet Thai (SDH)
Super Thai and Skunk #1



High: 7 ~A strong cerebral high, head becomes fuzzy instantly and it takes a min to recover.
Taste: 8 ~It has some spicy exotic flavors I cant quite nail them down. Like sweet and sour. Interesting to say the least.
Cough: 5 ~Mild burn and cough but you don't mind it because its so tasty. No keeling over half dying.
Nausea: 9 ~Reduces acid and pain right away. Its a really strong laxative and you get those benefits after the first bowl.
Migraine: 8.5 ~I can still feel where the pain and pressure is but it does not hurt, the head high is really able to cover pain in a mask.
Insomnia: 2 ~Not really tired at all, its early in the day and I did not sleep at all last night but I think this will be good to keep the pain away during the day.
Emotional Stability: 4 ~No real change in emotions, I am the same as I was when I woke up. My body feels really good but no mind altering state.

Notes: At first it did not look so impressive it was littered with crystals but nothing else. It smelled so unique I had to try it. Once I did I was glad. It's a great smoke first thing in the morning and to keep you going through out the day. It's really mellow on your body functions but gives you the "cloudiness" you need to hide pain and feel good. The coughing wasn't an issue for me; where its usually a sore subject. Unfortunately no tiredness but It's a strong Sativa anyway so I expected that. If you find it grab some for this holiday it will be great during your events.

Met: Tangelo (SDH)
Chemdawg and Burmese Kush



High: 7 ~Light mild high, full effect in 1-2 bowls. It's full bodied not head heavy. Clear mind not fuzzy.
Taste: 8 ~Chem'y, sweet and floral. Kind of cheesy but good. Very tasty and smooth.
Cough: 5 ~Makes you cough a little bit, a couple good coughs and your back on track. No big deal.
Nausea: 6 ~No pain or nausea but I can still feel the pressure from the pain and its still uncomfortable.
Migraine: 6 ~No headache but much pressure remains and that is causing me discomfort.
Insomnia: 4 ~Your are really relaxed, your eyes are tiny but you have enough energy to do whatever. I'm thinking about surfing today.
Emotional Stability: 6 ~Chill, relaxed, laid back, shoulders back, tiny eyed but able to process information and do whatever needs to be done.

Notes: I loved the smell and taste of this flower, I got it from a local grower who has been working on the same strain for a while and its getting stinkier and stinkier. It's a chill high with mild pain relieving abilities. I think this might work very well for brand new patients or older patients as it could be better effective with lower tolerance patients. I would have liked more pressure relieving abilities, it may have worked better if made into some sort of oil. Overall nice bud, try it!

Meet: Shishkaberry (IDH)
DJ Shorts Blueberry and Afghan



High: 6 ~Mild cerebral high, very calming and relaxing. Slightly fuzzy but more aware.
Taste: 7 ~Tastes like spicy berries and smells like them too. Smooth smoke and coats your throat.
Cough: 3 ~You cough a little but your throat does not burn. You taste the "dank" when you cough.
Nausea: 6 ~Reduces nausea and pain but makes me hungry so the acid brought some pain.
Migraine: 8 ~Bad headache pressure and pain this morning, after one hit its reduces greatly. I will maintain a dose of this all day.
Insomnia: 4 ~Did not sleep well at all, could not sleep till about 3-4am then woke up at 7:30. I feel really relaxed and maybe a lower tolerance person could nap.
Emotional Stability: 9 ~Feeling good, anger is reduced. Willing to "work things out" feeling creative and motivated. Mind is either blank or open to new ideas from whatever you come across or talk about. A nice break from a million and one stresses.

Notes: Great strain; really great emotions from it and it was a treat to smell and smoke. Took care of some serious head pain but made me so damn hungry. Overall this is a good buy in the mid priced donation range. It's not bug buds but they are very tasty! I did not get enough to cook with, I feel this would have been great but we will be chopping up the Tangelo who is equally awesome.

Meet: Big Bud (IDH)
Afghanica and Skunk #1


High: 8 ~Very fuzzy and head shaking. Full bodied and rather intense at first.
Taste: 7 ~Smooth and thick tastes like dank. No wild flavors.
Cough: 6 ~Harsh on the throat; made me cough deep, good expectorant I guess.
Nausea: 7 ~Pretty good, coats the stomach in a pain reducing layer. Feels almost numb in the areas.
Migraine: 7 ~Same effects in the head, covered in pain free gel and a bit numb to the pain.
Insomnia: 7 ~Rather sleepy after a couple hours, easy to relax then fall asleep. I wouldn't take this on the go.
Emotional Stability: 4-8 ~Just because it can put you in KO mode if you are in a "bad place" or if your in a good place your going to pass out eventually so its a double edged sword depending on what you need from it.

Notes: Really LARGE dense buds, they are so sticky and crystal y it will stick to the roof with simple thumb push. Otherwise the hairs and colors aren't impressive, but those three features had it in my hand. Definitely great on pain of any sort or insomnia. This is the one you keep bedside for your night night medicating. Use a strong grinder, you won't collect much kief but it's so sticky its needs to be broken up good to smoke properly. It probably wont fall to the second tray in the grinder lol. Enjoy this one this season if you see it!

Meet: CBD Yummy (SDH)
CBD crew's: Yumbolt and G13 Haze



High: 4 ~Slight buzz from the ears down. Slight relaxation from shoulders down.
Taste: 8 ~Tastes so smooth and clean, no harshness; kinda exotic flavor but no huge fruity flavor.
Cough: 0 ~Never coughed once the whole time. Could even double it it in a row.
Nausea: 9 ~All pain, pressure and aches went away slowly after the second bowl.
Migraine: 9 ~Head pain dropped off quick, pressure is much less but the buzz helps keep focus off of it.
Insomnia: 2 ~I don't feel tired at all, a bit relaxed but more motivated then tired.
Emotional Stability: 5 ~ Pretty neutral and aware. Pretty much in the same state of mind as before but more relaxed and aware.

Notes: There has been lots of talk of this strain in my area, I saw results in the 8%+ CBD range but never was able to get some. Today I meet a grower in the CBD crew and got some free samples! I was really excited to try it, It gives a very basic high but just enough to know your smoking cannabis. It is very easy to smoke, no harshness or sour taste. It definitely did what I expected it to do, make my pains go away. I even pulled out a 3 year old project (grow box) and nearly finished it today. (Another thread about that later) I ran a bunch of errands and felt great all day. I was also able to eat light and not be super hungry for junk food. I think that kept me going too. This was a great treat to have, however if I can get it again I will want to make Cannabis Oil for ingestion. I think this would be the best way to take advantage of the strain.

Meet: Girl Scout Cookie (SDH)
OG Kush and Durban Poison and Cherry Kush



High: 7 ~Heavy hitting, takes a min to recover. Once your back off the floor your whole body is filled with fuzzes.
Taste: 7 ~Reminds me of spicy cotton candy, the sweetness is the first impact on your senses and it finishes with a crisp spice.
Cough: 7 ~Remember the fetal position? Get greedy and you two will be re-introduced. Luckily it makes you that much more medicated.
Nausea: 7 ~Even with all the coughing there was no nausea or pain. Pressure remained under a blanket of numbing waves.
Migraine: 8 ~Headache is hidden behind the same numbing waves, but no pain is realized. Pressure is reduced to a thick high between your ears.
Insomnia: 4 ~Generally relaxed and really into music and projects. Likely due to feeling so pain free. Dim eyes, shoulders back and mellow but no nap time.
Emotional Stability: 9.3 ~I am always reluctant to rate high but the mood given from GSC is very calming and upbeat. Frame of mind can be changed easily to great music, work project, day dreaming or even cunnilingus. All stress is put aside while medicated, emotional stability lasts 1hr + after high.

Notes: I wondered which cookie flavor I was in for. Surprisingly the flavor is far from the traditional scout cookies but delectable in its own right. Aesthetically pleasing and filled with the flavors of cotton candy, foreign spices and a slight mint tang. GSC is pleasantly odoriferous and aesthetically pleasing, making it a heavy weight contender off the bat. Medicating with GSC can be a challenge if you're used to "milking" the meds. She produces a thick smoke that is more then enough in small - moderate dosages. Body aches, pain, pressure and irritation is quickly set aside as the medicating waves work their way up and down your body. GSC will have you feeling so good, you might "cut some rug" on the way to the kitchen listening to your favorite music. Enough cant be said about this strain, Its a great cross-over from California and should be tried if available. My sample tested out at 20.22% THC.

Meet: Hawaiian Snow (SDH)
Hawaiian and Laos



High: 7 ~Instantly buzz'y, thick medicated coating flowing from your throat and working up and down.
Taste: 6 ~It has that slight "ammonia" taste and smell that attracts most patients, its that flavor that can also be rough to hold in.
Cough: 4-5 ~If your not used to odoriferous medication this will make you cough a bit. Take small doses and drink water to reduce irritation.
Nausea: 8-9 ~Nausea goes away after a couple of hits. Pain is coated in relieving waves and it lasts 4-5 hours.
Migraine: 5 ~It doesn't stop a headache nor make it worse. You do get some advantage from the pain relieving waves.
Insomnia: 7 ~Slept a good 4 hours last-night, It gives you the cozy feeling where you want to snuggle into a soft chair. It's over after that.
Emotional Stability: 3-7 ~It was hard to gauge how I really felt about it. You're pretty medicated and that allows your mind to run all over the place; or fall asleep depending on your situation. I require multiple dosing a day and found little adjustment to my frame of mind. More overanxious in not knowing where to start on whatever I needed to do. Ended up doing a bit of everything then falling asleep. To be clear no paranoia.

Notes: I nabbed this one from the grower for myself, no sample. The smell and dense flowers drew me in. The flowers were dense and fluffy at the same time. Mine was perfectly cured. The flowers were a soft lime with a fuzzy white hair smorgasbord littering the entire bud. It's the strong thick smoke and "chronic" smell that you first identified high grade Cannabis with in grade school. You're pain's are attacked right away and coated with relief that can last up to 5 hours after a decent session. Get's you in a real cuddly mood if your relaxing. You might just fall asleep or be able to play on your phone for a few hours. You're really able to do much of whatever you like, though allot of activity makes you tired faster. I recommend trying this strain if you haven't before; mine tested out at 19.31% THC.

The god bud and Hawaiian snow should be good for a clear mind and sleep. I bet you would also like Chocolate chunk and something that has burmese in it. All seem to be anti anexiety and help with sleep and nausea.
