CASINO = CLEAN MONEY

well ive never been into a casino but the idea being you go into a casino and spend say 700 on chips .....

at the same time you get a friend to go in and cash in on a lot of chips say 100,500....

basically you go in have a good time and do some gambling and get your friend to as well (this is moreso just for fun and to kill time) anyways, when you feel the time is right switch chips with your friend and cash them (get the money put in your bank account and leave.

this should allow for you to account for you money as you can pull up the casino payment if ever needed say to prove where you got the funds from.

there ya have it a really il explained stoned idea (of course id never have enough coin to even worry about this lol but it was just a stoned idea... from a chain of events that got me thinking lol)

Can the casino write you a check? Or put it straight into your bank account? They've always just handed me cash when I turn in chips... maybe I haven't won enough

Your supposed to be taxed on your winnings, so if you win enough they you will get taxed, you can still cash out in well cash, but will have to fill out some paper work claiming your winning. Uncle Sam always wants a slice!

fucking ehy...

though if you could get it to work.... im betting most of it would be luck and how you played out the day... afterall you gotta be mistaken for your friend.

i havent really been to any casinos let alone won any mony to be bringing home s im not sure how it works though im fairly sure with a good casino you may be able to put the cash into an account. (afterll people get mugged outside casinos who wants to leave holding 100 grand)... even a check is prof\of of you winning the moneys id say, so that should suffice

ok so so far the main problem we have is the taxing... but a little tax isnt to much to get some clean money is it??

i reckon you dont even need to do the exchange of chipos just go in buy in and gamble a few hours cash out. i reckon theyd be suspect of anyone giving chips to someone

would be nice to put it to the test eh hahaha

yeah thats what i meant but if you were believable and so was your friend (whome your acting never to have met before) and both said it was your case it may work.. hmmm maybe someone that looks similar may be advantageous in this plan..

that makes it hard and it would suck to give it to someone else to do for you lol...

That's called money laundering and it's a federal crime....It may seem like a legal logical idea to you but it's really illegal to do so...Also a lot of people don't know this but a casino is actually a FDIC insured bank. So you'd be committing bank fraud too...You may ask how do I know all this? Well I was a heavy regular gambler for a time and I'm almost done with an accounting degree (and starting an MBA soon) and I want to work for a casino...So I'm pretty familiar with how business is done in these types of companies. If you've ever seen the show American Greed they had a story about someone laundering money through casinos and they got busted real quick.

In any case, if you're action in a casino is lower than the chips you're cashing out they'll know you're money laundering right quick. People try doing this all the time and get busted. Even people laundering tiny amounts of money over a long period of time get busted. It's not worth it.

The only people that successfully launder money at a casino are people posing as whales and making big ass bets (in the tens of thousands). Even these people get caught.

Also if you're cashing out for $10,000 dollars or more, you have to file tax paper work on the spot in the casino. So if you were to launder money you'd have to do it in small increments over time (once again this is still really risky). Believe me the casino is keeping track of how much you're cashing in and out for. Even if you don't have a player's card casinos still keep track of players through videos of them in the casino and with biometric cameras too (that so much I can promise you). The amount of money casino's spend on tracking people on their grounds is just crazy.

You'd also have to file you're gambling winnings and losses to the IRS...(trust me the casino keeps track of how much you bring in, spend, and cash out)...I'm sure the IRS would like to know how you got all that money in the first place....Bottom-line is don't launder money ever unless you're both a CPA and lawyer who really knows how to work the system and use every fucking legal loophole they can find. Seriously theirs lawyers and CPAs that can make you a legal "tax exile" if you want to spend the cash. Famous people like Mic Jagger do this all the time.

Basically if you have that much cash in hand that it needs to get clean...well I'd just keep it as cash and spend it on stuff I wanted (anything but big ticket items over 10,000 dollars). Like I said any cash transaction over 10gs you'd have to file out IRS papers (even if you're spending the cash and not receiving it).

sounds like a plan don hehe... either that or is anyone here a swiss banker lmfao???

hey ronjohn... seems though you know a lot do you got any systems where you are almost guaranteed to proffit. i know someone that used to have one they wouldnt te3ll me though :(. but ive seen for myself on a few times evidence to support his claim the only problem you have is you have to have some decent coin to begin with as there will be losses and thats all i really know.
