Looking good bro I'm not sure how much yield I'm gonna be able to expect out of mine we will see. She looks lanky as hell and the non mains are only half way up in height to the main unlike yours.......

Keep it up and yes OCD sucks because it always means more work lol.
Your right. My wife laughs when I organize the eggs in the refrigerator by weighing them.

Post some pics evil.

It's expensive! I always wondered with these additions. Everything increases yield by 10-30% does anyone do side by sides?
They say you can use it in both veg and flower but that would add even more cost! I was thinking if trying it next run. I'm just running some cal mag, hydroguard, veg bloom, and their bloom booster

So much better after the switch to ro! No more ph down!

That's great news man. Ro water seems to be a huge benefit to a lot of people. I should start looking into it myself. My well water is between 100-160 ppm.

At the very least have it tested. Where I live well water tends to have a lot of iron and tannens

I just don't like blowing up people's threads with pics bro, especially when I have my own thread going lol. But here's a pic of my Sour Hound F2 Auto from a moment ago Some leaf damage from the thrips and the spray I first used but she's coming along and I haven't seen anymore thrips in my garden in a few days so hopefully that's behind me already.

Maybe you can help keep it alive. I'm on a one a day log in here. 52 alerts in 4 hours time in the other place though.

Added some armor-si and calmag last night and all leaves are pointing straight up and a 20% size increase in 24 hours. These girls are starting to do their thing and I can't wait. Day 27 so I have another 13 days before I drop 12 more. Hopefully the summer heat is behind us once and for all. Then things will start rocking. 5 Amares, 2 lec's -630 watts , and 5 DIY cob lights. Total of 450 led watts, 39 Cree cobs and 6 citi-clu048's which is around 2000 watts gonna be one of the brightest rooms around.

I know how you feel. You'd think there'd be a bunch of people interested in a grow journal using good LEDs. But Nope, not on the led section. At least the guys that do visit our threads & stay tuned are a good bunch. Actually feel fortunate to have them. Good guys interested in growing & the truth.

They started to take off! Nice!
Ha, you're gonna have one of the brightest rooms around bro. Running about 2000w of light? Or is that just your DIY light? I'd say your looking at 5-7 lbs. off that much light. Prolly closer to 7 at the rate you've been growing/going. You got the hang of it fast my man. Props to the BigSmo Yo!
5 DIY lights now? Damn son, it's addicting hu?! You grow the biggest autos over at AFN? I'm gonna give them a shot soon. My buddy just aquired one he's letting flower in his veg room. They really did a good job at raising the THC levels in autos these days. Been checking them out. 24% THC GGlue seeds.

Bro from day one the auto's have saved me. When something has gone wrong they have been there as backups. Then I came across the Mephisto genetics and just had to see for myself. An auto that's good for nerve pain? WTF I'm in. I'm still learning, it's been hard not to defol or fuck with the pant lol. I started it in the 3 gal pot of Coco and have just let her rip. She just started to flower. MY last two autos gave me 2 zips each, hoping for more out of this one since I have left it alone to do it's thing. She just started to flower recently and I just switched to flower nutes last feeding. Flushed her with Flora Kleen in between the flower and veg nutes. So far so good shes getting trichs already and smelling beautiful, and been under the T5's with the 6500K bulbs her whole life lol.

Around 3000watts total. Lec's, Amare monos, 3 light bars and rest in cobs 18 3070's, 10 3590's, 4 3590's at 72v and 13 2530's. Also working on some pretty tricked out frames that are fully adjustable and modular. As many cobs as I need or want and spacing options are endless. Shits all back from my friend who runs a CNC. Getting everything powder coated and I'll be rocking. I'll do a few different builds and post them here. Maybe a 2 & 4 foot bar, a square 4 cob and a rectangle 6 cob. Best part is like Amare you can add on.

Yeah man x 2. DIY is more than addicting it's life now. But my DIY was a kick to the balls when the pro4's came in. Good god are they sick! For anyone here reading this I'm gonna lay it all out. Im newer to this but also very intelligent and spend endless hours researching. Experience is a lot but I'm years ahead of a closet grower or most 4 plant tent growers. I don't know half of what some of the folks here know but a lot more than most. I did a few photo grows with couple friends which ended because of different opinions. I went on my own and harvested some major major lbs in a small space. Filling 180 square feet of a 200 square foot room teaches anyone fast. Of the photo grows we did and my auto grows nothing that I have personally seen could compare to what's been produced by the Amares. 2 runs ago I did pull some fluffy shit but that was from temps in the 90's and hermied plants due to stress. 4 weeks after I pulled the frostiest 4.5 lbs again under 3 Amares.
No I can't prove the enhanced spectrum is any better than plain cobs but I do know it does a hell of a lot better vegging and flowering then my DIY stuff does watt for watt. But are production lights and limited which is where DIY has an edge. I can't just call up victor and order a 7 foot 6 cob bar ya know?

The overall size of the pro4 shocked me. It's a beefy light for sure. The way the 3590's are mounted and reflected was also surprising. There was serious time and material involved doing things this way. The lenses are massive and again solid glass like the se series. The newer xp-g3's and xp-e2's are much brighter too. The inside is like a work of art. 3 meanwell drivers, clear fan shrouds, white fans, white wire, clean clean wiring with white wire protection, it's small stuff like this that turns if from a slapped together light to a well thought out work of art. I see so much ass kissing of vendors and wonder why. It's just cobs. Same as I'm doing in my garage and then a 50% mark up. Why does Amare go through all the extra work of adding in all these features or time making the light beautiful. Why do they use aluminum in their frames when everyone uses steel and same for the powder coating. Why cooper core heatsinks when everyone else uses aluminum. The mark up is less and you get more. Him telling me about his plan and goals while starting the buisness still hold true. Taking the lighting industry back from all the scams and bullshit out there today while leaving the money second. 7 months ago when I sent an email to Amare tech that was my first contact with victor. I haven't recieved anything for free or even been offered it. This is as real as it gets and I'm so greatful to have ended up with the best grow lights on the market hanging in my room.
