Nice thread. I haven't ran any og since 2010 when I had the most potent Tahoe from cali connection. I ended up losing her a few years later when he started having herm issues with his seed line so I never revisited him again. I began my quest with sours and chems.

Well here it is 2018 and I'm back looking for an og that can match the potency of that old Tahoe that I had. So far this year I've grown skunkhouses Larry reutiger which was ok. But not that OG that I remember in terms of structure and potency. I now have josh d og in flower. Hopefully she won't disappoint. But the structure ain't the same. I remember thin stems, golf ball nugs with huge calyxes.

Does anyone know if swerve fixed his issues? Wouldn't mind trying to revisit his Tahoe to see what I can find

Right now im about to harvest some critical and royal cookies from royal queen seeds. Got em for free and i have to say im impressed actually i kinda thought they would be trash. I got some sensi skunks that just popped and im germinating some hindu kush. After these its all o.gs for probably a few years.

Sucks to hear that about swerve. He had some fire stuff. My main fear about running the josh d og is that somewhere in the line, the was a potential for a white dominant plant to show up. I've grown the white and although she's pretty, I hate the taste and high. I dusted two of these josh d plants i have going with some loompa headband x Larry og. Hopefully I can't get something next round from the plants.

Cannarado looks good. But he is almost always sold out. Would love to find 303 jet fuel og but they are very rare anywhere. Archives rocketfuel is scarce as well. I may just chance 60 bucks and take a chance with swerve again. I just would like to know what steps he took to contain the issue and his corrective action to ensure that all current product isn't having those issues. I'm tired of buying beans. I just want a potent sour, a potent chem, and a potent og. I have the sours and chems now just in need of an og

DNA and reserva are good, fine choices infact. But I've been smoking their shit for the last decade. Og 18 was popular for sure. Everyone was crazed over Scott's og too but I liked og 18 better than Scott's.
Lots of fine choices out there. I bought a few of archives new crosses but have been way too backed up to get to anything

Find the Ocean Grown Seeds distributor for your needs, Lumberjack for USA and Safdelajungla (IG) for international, and grab yourself some Fader Actual. It is a cubed version (BX3) of Vader OG, which is named after the lead breeder on the team, VaderOG. They also offer Jedi OG, Obi Wan OG (Ghost OG cross), and the original Vader OG. Thought I should mention here that Cannaventure should have a drop of Pure Ghost OG fems coming soon, which are Ghost OG S1’s. I’m of the opinion that almost all OG cuts are S1’s, likely originating with the Ghost or SFV, so should have high potential for some fire. I’m gonna be all over them.

Would also love to sift through some TK S1’s too, if they’re ever available (and real). See what kind of OG and possibly new phenos can pop up. Hell, I may just hunt down a TK cut and do it myself if nobody else is.

I'm running Dedication OG from Skunkhouse genetics right now and it is very similar to TK but better yielding. I found a frosty male in the pack and dusted some branches on a couple different headbanger pheno's.

Ran some face-off stuff from archive like grimace and oregon lemons but never really found anything worth keeping but another grower here kept one of my grimace cuts around for a couple years. I have their Dogshit x Dosido flowering right now outside...I won that one in a strain naming contest, so I felt obligated to grow her out.
