Scotts is good for sure, just enjoyed the terps and high from the 18 slightly more. But it's been a while for me, I'm on a chem kick lately

Sounds like we have similar tastes. OGs and Chems. I’ve been trying to get my hands on as much SoCal “Pure Kush” genetics as I can lately, Bubba, Hollywood PK, Master Kush, all that stuff.

i really liked Reserva's Kosher Kush. Forgot about about Rare Dank, they have some good OG's too...their Doc's OG was pretty good.
I'm running Dedication OG from Skunkhouse genetics right now and it is very similar to TK but better yielding. I found a frosty male in the pack and dusted some branches on a couple different headbanger pheno's.

Ran some face-off stuff from archive like grimace and oregon lemons but never really found anything worth keeping but another grower here kept one of my grimace cuts around for a couple years. I have their Dogshit x Dosido flowering right now outside...I won that one in a strain naming contest, so I felt obligated to grow her out.

Gotta love all those, just wouldn't call any of them og. Last master kush I grew was a STINKER, so dank. Bagseed from a clinic haha.
Should be getting my hands on the hpk and an older original og cut soon. Can't wait

It was my understanding the standout strains a while back were Casper, Kirkwood, and faceoff. Most the other crosses need a pack or 2 to find anything worth keeping. From what I've gathered anyhow

I have so much bag seed from really good weed. I really wanna find a good male and start breeding with some of these 100s of beans. I got at least 8 more months before ill have the space for breeding. Maybe more.

Yeah not OG, but definitely good shit. I’d pay good money for an HPK cut. *hint hint*

Nice thread. I haven't ran any og since 2010 when I had the most potent Tahoe from cali connection. I ended up losing her a few years later when he started having herm issues with his seed line so I never revisited him again. I began my quest with sours and chems.

Well here it is 2018 and I'm back looking for an og that can match the potency of that old Tahoe that I had. So far this year I've grown skunkhouses Larry reutiger which was ok. But not that OG that I remember in terms of structure and potency. I now have josh d og in flower. Hopefully she won't disappoint. But the structure ain't the same. I remember thin stems, golf ball nugs with huge calyxes.

Does anyone know if swerve fixed his issues? Wouldn't mind trying to revisit his Tahoe to see what I can find

I know swerve still has dank but im still hearing a lot about hermie issues so i wouldnt mess with it. I have heard nothing but good about dna/reserva privada, karma, archive and humboldt. I have a few from humboldt im about to run, got the others in the cart. Wont be able to buy beans for a few weeks or my girlfriend will freak. Ive been buying a lot of beans lol.
