Really? And your more confident in the light you posted? Go for that one then best way to learn is to waste some money I did the same.
I am not sure what your point is. In what way would you consider me being "confident" in the light I posted?
I was asking about it because I don't know.

You said the other lights confused you and posted about a different one I was guessing that one didn't confuse you. Sorry confident was probably the wrong word to use go with the light that's not confusing.

Timber, hlg, fluence. I can recommend these companys. I run the fluence spyder x plus. I don't think you can go wrong with these companys.

How do you like the Fluence? If i had the dough and the room, i would test run the spyder 2p.

Here's the up to date data on Amare

We are using Citizen for the Eclipse and Ver29 Gen7 now for almost two years.

All of our mono's are now Oslon SSL replacing CREE.

All of our white mono's are now Samsung LM301B.

Just never got around updating the site.

The Bar8 features the best of best avail that will be UL too.

PLUS 25% discount makes them among the least expensive.

I own an original BML SPYDR 600 ( 6 bars) same design crappy execution: the Fluence doesn't appear to be improved

Definitely check out the Amare Bar8, or 6 or...

I will add my suggestion. None other then Cree CXB3590. The industry standard. Nothing to worry about. Excellent results, 170 lumen/watt on half power, less power, efficacy go es above 200 l/w. 3000K or 3500K or a mix of both, or 3500K for veg and also flower alone, while 3000K specially for flower, but for veg is fine too. Please look into it.

You know that hasn't been the best diode for like 3 years right? And is still the most expensive
You are the first one i heard about in an year who says they are not best. Yeah they are expensive, but quality is far better then bridgelux and citizens veros. And they are long lasting. And if you want take a look into company's profile. All mega structures, playgrounds and stadiums lights are 95% cree made. Even i couldn't afford cxb3590, so i went with cxa2540. An older model serving me happily and am satisfied. I have seen results with cree. And there is just no match. IMHO
I have a harvest coming in couple of weeks, will post results.

You may consider them the best but other diodes are more effecient and have been for years that's a fact

I have only run it once and now I'm waiting to move to get set back up (mid November I hope) and I love it it replaced my 1000 se hps/mh set up. I would not tell you not to buy it to say the least. The spyder 2 will probably find it's way into my 2nd tent when I move. Dan at timber was so helpful to me a while back that I may give him the business just for that reason and give one of there QBs a try as well. Lot of money for sure but well worth it. I love my spyder x plus and I'm sure the spyder 2 is even better. I have had no problems with the light or the company. Customer service is as important as the light in my book and I have spoken with fluence and timber and had very nice experiences with both. Hlg 550v2 I have seen impressive results from as well but I can not personally tell you there service is good just that a couple buddy's said they are great. Happy growing.

The spyder x plus is a bit more tough built than my buddy's old Bml. But while I have not been a huge fan of amare the bar 8 certainly has me interested. That said my fluence has not had a single problem and I'd by the spyder 2 in a heartbeat. I'd also buy timber or hlg without having to think twice about it, they are all good companys in my book. Opinions are like ass holes everyone has one and what makes my light good for me may not be good for you. The old bml does not compare to the spyder x plus in terms of performance along with probably anything timber or hlg offer as well. i think the tech has improved ALOT since then. JMO as I'm not a led pro or anything. HAPPY GROWING!
