UPDATE: I really didn't want to post any pictures tonight or an update for that matter but I've been very happy with the plants growth so far and also I got high so here goes.
Day 19 Bagseed
Are they at a proper height for their age? The grow box is about 21inch in height give or take.
The one leaning on the right was the one growing sideways so just put a twist tie to keep it down
and its growing back up again.
The one on the left.
A lot of growth happening down there. I've only read up on LST and really trying not
to do a HST (High Stress Training) if you catch my drift. I've seen somewhere pinching
somewhere midway or lower and then anchoring it down. I am just wondering how much
pressure to apply as I don't want to break it off. I am sure I am over reacting I just
want someones opinion on it. This baby is also starting to develop the vegging smell with
that hint of skunk. Its very very light but noticeable when your nose is up to it.
The right one.
Really content with the "Just Add Water" thing going on right now. Can't wait till I
actually need to use some nutes but I am curious to see how long the nutes in the
FFoF last. The lower growth on both plants don't look the greatest ranging from yellowing,
to burns, to a spot of dried death but everything above it are growing in nice and green.
QUESTION: I've decided that I would rather FIM than top, as to reduce stress and keep
them low and bushy. I am pretty sure they are both indica due to the fat leaves but
I reiterate that it's still my first grow

. I am looking at as many vids and sites on how
to FIM and really don't want to mess it up. I think I am on a 4th node in there. Should
I be good to go or wait? And also do I pinch the small head coming out of the top or also
the 2 leaves coming out with it to the side?
Temperatures have been stable and ranging from the 81.5 its sitting at now to the 88.1
it was sitting at earlier. As long as we keep having hot humid days, our AC will keep blasting.
I think if I decide to grow in the winter it will be easier to manage heat. I've kind of started to
cope with the fact that my box will never have great temperatures. As long as I have this cooling
tube idea with this plexiglass I believe I can bring it down. But I am mostly worried about heat stress
that may make them more inclined to becoming males or later down the road stress them enough
to turn hermie during flowering.
Purchased some Epsom Salt from my local CVS store also and plan to use it for the next watering perhaps.
I've heard that its hard to O.D. them on this stuff so a small amount should be good. I am also only going to
use tap water from now on that I've boiled and let sit out overnight. It was a good idea to transplant
them when I did even though they weren't root bound there were some feeder roots showing around the
bottom and edges. No more burning or yellowing of upper growth

.
