Autoflower Cage Match: Round Two!

all done i choped both my plants just, needed the room for the others that poped the other day. low yield, but im happy for my first grow will get some scales and weigh them when it all dry

Seeing how so many have trouble getting to the end of their first grow (thru multiple trials & tribulations), You've done fine for your first!

Im pretty pissed. I started autoflowers on 4-1 and they are huge, overcrowding my grow space, and they are only beginning to flower. Had them on 24/0 lighting, and had to put them in 12/12 in order to flower. Never did autoflowers before, and wasnt following this thread, so had no idea I would even have to put them into 12/12 to make them hatch. Theyre big now (Bubblator Ice F-AF from whitewidowseeds dot com) so hopefully, in the end, maybe Ill get a good yield in return for the wait. Theyre 3 feet tall and I was built for small plants, so now I have to reconstruct my entire growspace just to accomodate. FYI, grew them in EcoGrower bubbledrip system under 357 Magnum LEDs

Some "autos" are like that, they are not truly autoflowering though. Check out my two at the back, both bought as "Autoflowering" seeds and both exactly the same age under 18/6 lighting. A real autoflowering plant will flower under 24/0 20/4 and 18/6, looks like you just got some dud seeds like myself. Theres a few guys in here that have grown lots of autos and will be able to tell you which strains do actually autoflower.

I am not happy with my Afghan Kush Rdyer at all.

She is not performing as well as the other plants I have growing right now and I need to concentrate on another technique with a non-auto.

I am officially out.

oh dude thats lame..... mines not doing so hot compared to the other i planted(60 day wonder is my contender big bang auto is the other and its twice its size but both sexed under 18/6 at day 28 of poppin ground. it was cool seeing cus i didnt really think it would happen. lol and for lack of space i was forced to put htem into the 12/12 room so i aint reallhy autoing them now but they did do there auto thing under 18/6 light. i dont think you should drop man cmon... you could beat me at least... lol

The other reason is, that some of my friends, like Brick Top and riddleme, got banned from this site and RIU's management is not doing anything about fdd and the band of trolls he lets loose constantly bringing this site down further and further every day.

I will find another home for The Cage, maybe create my own home. Who knows.

Well, guess that's it for me then.
Assuming you read my post in "Where have the Old Dogs gone" thread? (saw your follow up)
This is the one I was waiting for to finish.
When my avatar dissapeared and the link to the journal,, that's when I was all but gone.
For me,, wasn't fdd.
But the straw that broke the camel's back was when we started getting e-mails with personal info from some seed bank.
Blame was indicating the 'Tude. But only the customers that went thru RIU got the e-mails. Of all the sites I frequent,,, only those with ties to RIU got the e-mail.
'Tude fell all over themselves trying to get to the bottom of it. Where did the personal info come from??? Many of the e-mails had order #'s, credit card #'s, home addresses, etc.!!!!
RIU did squart (or next to it) on commenting or any notice of interest.
To me,,, that's a much stronger implication that RIU had a very large part in the Info leak.
That was enough to push me out the door.
Anyways,, Riddle's site is cool.
Perhaps I see you around the web again sometime?
By-the-way,,, I've no grudge about what happened in the past between us.

so just quick dried a nugget of my auto lemon, shot a bong and it smoked very well. tasted quite nice too head high making me wanna float away im gonna say a thumbs up on this stuff. got a joint rolled and gonna smoke it in a moment.

lol jsut drifted off for 5 minutes there!!! lol

cant wait till it is dryed properly and cured for a few days/weeks, gonna be nice

Don't you find it slightly amusing that everyone kinda had there doubts about you, and yet, your the only one who seems to smoking the plant they initially entered in the contest? So far, I'm gonna have to say you won man! lol

Lol! There r loads of plants left in the comp that will beat me lol.

i'm still here been doing a bit of training on her she is getting tall now but still a picture of health an me strapping down branches has not affected her growth here she is though still gonna be long time before i can smoke her,


i am trying to make the branches stretch out sideways an the grow upwards seems to be working will see what happens though she is 45-46 day old now i think have to check date i pretty sure she is 46 days so that leaves me 74 days togo uhhhhhhhhhh

mines really budded up since my last update, lights go on in about an hour, ill give another hour for them to perk up, then ill pull my contender out for her photo shoot

is that the super cali haze? i have one em them in my seed box.. will be nice to see how she turns out..

yes mantiszn long old growing but i have otherphoto's that will be ready before so at least i wil be able to smoke something,she is coming on nicely she is throwing out a few hairs here an there nothing too much though according to the description this is the holy grail of auto's so will see,
i will keep posting pics but where this is a long grow they will not be like every other day as you can see not much happening thanks for checking her out

she was a fem anyway so as long as she does not herm on me hopefully she will stay that way she is throwing out a few hairs but nothing much yet you can see in the first pic a couple of hairs not much but a couple
