sure your servers don't have to leave the dining room and it saved them 25 miles for whatever..a week? but it takes the food 5 minutes to get there. then your server (just standing there) takes it off the cart to hand it to you..that's the time saver? more like a new toy for the restaurant owner. THE MEAL IS COLD; TWO OF WHICH IS RIDING IN ON THE BOTTOM AND MIDDLE SHELF. i don't know about you but i don't want my food that close to the ground going through any restaurant. In my 20s working banquets that shit had to be covered if bringing in on cart.
