It's a constitutional right to be able to wipe your ass with it. You're given that freedom ... and to bring up people who fought and died for your right to be an asshat in ANY way considered disrespectful is ... well, yes, also your right... but fuck, you should at least give 'em a nod of respect.

Wait a minute ...

If there was a "checkpoint," there was probably a sign posted well before the checkpoint stating that there was a checkpoint ahead. If that's true, the courts have ruled that the warning sign is "constructive notice" and that the person entering the "zone" has a right to turn around to avoid the checkpoint. By continuing on, and driving up to the checkpoint, the person driving the vehicle has, in effect, waived his/her Fourth Amendment rights.

i've always been told that if u see a checkpoint.. NEVER turn around, because that puts GUILTY right on ur forehead and a cop will come and pull you over

so what is wrong with a muslim leaving the country and coming back w/out being checked. last time i checked the pursuit of happiness an freedom was guaranteed to all not just non-muslims

This is the problem with liberals, they still want their moms to tell them what to do. To take care of them when they skin their knee. To check under the bed for monsters at night. They don't understand anyone not wanting momma there for them. The idea of someone being independant, being responsable for his own success or failure must scare the bejezzus out of them.
