Anyone using a 150W HPS?

Will not cover much more than 2 square feet. A fair light for covering 1, possibly 2 small plants.
For lumen outut you need to check on the manufacturer info they are not all the same.

I do have an S55 still in the box where it has been for several years.
General rule of thumb is 50w per square foot of floor space.
WATTAGE -- COVERAGE
1000 watt - 4 to 5 feet across (1.3 to 1.5 meters)
600 watt - 3.5 feet (1 meter)
400 watt - 2.5 possibly 3 feet (.8 to .9 m)
250 watt - 2 feet (.6-.7 m)
175 watt - small, less than 2 feet

Make your lil plants have a flat canopy about 1ft across.
Scrog, LST or topping will work.
The plant must match the footprint of the light.
Id rather have 3 150w HPS than a single 400 for my cabnet grow.
150w will make decent buds if kept very close, keep mine 4 in away from tops with a DIY cool tube.
