what are cfl's? are they thoes spiral bulbs?

CFL's are the compact flouresent lights, and my plants love them,I use 100 watt lamps. I started with the same lame reflective surface material as you. Now I'm using those mylar emergency blankets, very nice and light bouncing
You'll be fine, just don't

You'll be fine, just don't overdo anything, water-nutes-and check the ph if growing in soil

Oh by the way I'm on my second harvest this year alone, have 3rd in works too. Man I planted some lowryder 2 seeds in mid July for a mid sept. harvest. yeah if you can harvest a plant that is 2" tall. what a failure so far.
