9.00 minimum wage is not enough...

It doesn't matter what minimum wage is. If it goes to 30.00 an hour, milk will cost 18.00 a gal, corperate execs will be making 100's of millions, managers will make 500,000 a year. socials classes will never go away.
Thats kinda the way I see it.
of course it matters what minimum wage is, just ask those kids in bangladesh who made your t-shirt.

number one, you're forgetting that part of the PPACA that let's kids stay on their parents health insurance until they are 26.

second, you said $10/hr originally. if we are talking $9/hr, that puts the monthly tab closer to $70 a month for health insurance.

my cable bill is $67 a month.

go cry now, or masturbate to ellipses.
Buck..

How come you and others on here think that everybody that has kids has health care?.. ...I know about the 26 year deal with the kids...I am talking about the people that don't live in the perfect world and have no health care...those are the kids I am talking about...

And isn't 10.00 p/h for a year 20,000, and that makes the amount 89.00 unless the states calculator doesn't work right..

I think you should use that because you've already drank too much of that Kool Aid Obama's been pushing.
go ahead and cite this $4500 - $5500 penalty for being fat or smoking then.

if you can and it checks out, i will apologize.

if it turns out that you got duped by some right wing carnival barker, like usual, i will have no choice but to call you a cunt for trying to spread the misinformation (and for you being a shitty consumer of information).

$10 per hour is about $80-$90 a month (tho thcary), but you tried to go down to $9 per hour, which is closer to $70 a month.

they call that moving the goalposts.

It's been over $9/hr here in WA for a while, I wonder what it'll go up to now....and we don't allow cuts for servers and tips employee's like they do on the east coast, they get the full $9+ minimum wage plus tips. When I lived in MD they could pay you some fucking $2/hr if you worked for tips.

Buck go back and read my first post, the topic was 9.00 p/h....I used 10.00 p/h for the calculator=20,000k....I didn't move anything...you moved it..

BarryO is pretty cheap....Next year a 19 year old is going to have a monthly Obama care bill of 90.00 per month if he makes 10.00 per hour.....good luck with that BarryO...I think a 19 year old is going to have a hard time paying the rent...
I used the cover oregon calculator, I entered 19 years old with a 20,000k income and it came to 89 dollars per month......It sure is a good deal, but at 9.00 p/h it just another bill that is going to be hard to pay........There are all kinds of good deals around, but if you don't have the money the deals don't seem as good......after next christmas the change everybody has been hearing about will really come true.....Or maybe the change is that nickel he just gave to people in oregon to get them up to 9.00 p/h.......
......I didn't move anything...you moved it..
you are too fucking easy.

beating up on you is like watching my 140 pound mastiff wrestle a chihuahua with down's syndrome.

OMFG do i need to draw you a fucking diagram?

you calculated the rate for health insurance at $10 per hour and you considered their purchasing power making $9 per hour.

less ellipses, more reading, sport.

$89 a month is what someone making $10 per hour might face.

so why would someone making $9 an hour pay that amount? :dunce:

someone making $9 per hour would face something closer to $70 a month.

i know, you will NEVER comprehend this. but it's fun to watch you flail.
