400w Bubbleberry & Grape Ape Grow

The new batch is starting up! Bubbleberry and Grape Ape. The clones look pretty healthy, I went to Cloner's Market in Seattle, they had quite the selection.

I'm going to be using an Apollo 400w MH/HPS with vertical daylight fluorescents for supplemental light.

Soil is 5 gal containers of Happy Frog. Nutes are a frankencocktail of Fox Farms, Silica Shield, CalMag and Molasses.

I'm going to try and top them twice each before flowering so I have somewhat symmetrical bushes to work with.

That red light on the power strip will cause you problems if its not covered could cause your plants to hermaphrodite black electrical tape works great walmart sells power strips without the light for around $5

Thanks - luckily that power strip is plugged into the timer though, so when the lights go out, it's cut totally off

One week in, coming along nicely!

Upgraded to a cooled reflector and got a duct fan hooked up. Bubbleberry is kicking ass

My Grape Ape was struggling so I switched it out with the Mendo Purple Kush I had outside.

It seems to be improving, and the plant I brought inside seems to be doing well too. I topped it to match the height of the Bubbleberry so I can keep the light lower.

I used a rosemary and peppermint organic pest spray before I transplanted it so hopefully I didn't bring any critters in. I'll post new pics later today

Indoor pics:

Bubbleberry continues to kick ass. Mendo Purple Kush is acclimated and I tied down some of the outer branches on both. Stretching is minimal, about 5" for the first week of 12/12 under the MH. Going to keep it through week 2 then run the HPS with no glass over it in the reflector

Looks green and healthy. Good luck and hope the outdoors experiment works for you. Was gonna do the same, but the stupid HOA where I live at in Colorado at the moment are prudish deuchebags and the "smell" is offensive so not allowed to grow outside unless in an enclosed space which defeats the damn purpose lol.
