2009 Early Start Monster Outdoor Competition

Does it sound like something you want in on? Lets get it started.... how about we start with: those that wish to enter, do so by November or December of this year?
And lets come up with some rules and rewards for the Competition eh?

I grow for personal satisfaction, so I'm gonna sit this out. Good luck to you and I'll check in to see the results.

Awesome.... uhh... How we gunna work out the fact that yours is already in the ground, and I will probably have a total veg time that has 3 more months more than yours, as Its fall here, and they will be vegged indoors until next April before they go in the ground, and will still have about three more months of veg until flower, putting harvest in October or November next year for me?

wont matter we can wing it....we will both have roughly the same amount of growing time,as to vegging mine wont start flowering till febuary 2009 so plenty of time...

ok... anyone else? Lets get started on guidelines for the comp. any ideas anyone?

I'm in sound like fun to me...how we judging this size? weight? Quality....sound like maybe all? or just the whole grow in general plot size, location, ect count me in

i'm in as far as guidlines "seed or clone" when to start ? what is the max size pot ? are we goin for height or overall girth? just one plant or more ? what kinda strains ? anyway sounds like fun i'm in with all my chips , time to anti up

Why not judge everything individually in its own category, and then add up totals, and whoever does best overall wins? Size, Weight, Quality, Growth, Technique, etc. if you want to add to either list of competitors or Judging categories just copy them and paste and add what you want to add, everyone is free to join the Competition, but I will probably moderate Judgment categories or a few other things since it was all my idea, .
I think we should pick a day that everyone should update on once a week, and if they miss a week, they have to do a double update!
I have five plants that I already have going specifically for a Monster grow next year. Is five a good number of plants to enter into the contest? Should we keep it more to three? How about three?
Mine will be my Cinderella, a GDP, and a what I call "Super Sour Diesel Lights" (it has a super skunk crossed with sour diesel mother, and Northern Lights #7 Father)
All three of the plants I enter are clones that are guaranteed females. I am growing the mothers of all three plants as well. Since the end date for adding people to the Comp is in November, do you think we should start posting already? I know me and O4aUserName already have our plants going. Should cut off for all the Harvests and The final judging be December of next year?
