A court just ruled that 1st Amendment rights don't exist online since these are considered 'private platforms' so are under control of the moderators.

The 1st amendment applies to the government not to private entities or people who are free to shut you down if yer full of shit, either in person or by pulling your plug. Google or facebook can censor hate speech, foreign propaganda or any other, just like a newspaper, but are shielded from the liabilities that a newspaper would face, for now. Regulation and mandatory security cooperation are coming to the tech sector if the democrats win in November, they are gonna be part of an interim solution at least, whether they want to be or not.
