I just bought a moisture meter and I don't know what my plants are supposed to have? How much moisture?!

I threw a bunch of seeds In a bucket and I didn't exoect them to look this good. Was going to just throw them outside somewhere but my buddy wants them for his indoor setup. Trying to figure out the best way to separate the roots cause I know it'd going to be Mayem underneath the soil.

3 weeks into veg with a 26watt 5600k cfl on their own plant each and it's like they stopped growing. Humidity at 45% and temp is 82F. I'm doing everything the same as before but they won't grow as fast as before..??? Any ideas anyone??? Would that be root lock? Too much water?

I have 5 23watt cfls at 5600k on 6 plants in 1 1/2 gallon buckets. Just bought a 65(I think?) watt 300watt equiv cfl that at 2700k. What should I do with that?? Right now I have it in a relflective hood and hanging above the two lights that are lighting the two best looking plants.

I'm a week into it and I just have 1-2 inch leaves but a couple of them are looking kinda rough. Hanging down lower than the others, a few light brown spots in the center of the leaves and some light green in the center as well. 100watt cfls about 2-3 inches away from them. Is that too close...

2 1/2ftx4 1/2ft closet and I was thinkin I'd just do some LST from the start so they stay wide. I have a 300watt halogen I might use for flowering and I can't keep it close cause it gets too hot! So i'm thinkin LST would help???
