Why aren't they growing as fast as before?

3 weeks into veg with a 26watt 5600k cfl on their own plant each and it's like they stopped growing. Humidity at 45% and temp is 82F. I'm doing everything the same as before but they won't grow as fast as before..???

Any ideas anyone??? Would that be root lock? Too much water?

if you think it is too much water wait till they look "dry" to water them.. like feel the top not when top is dry but when you push down soil and its dry few inches below water them

Are they getting bigger? Maybe more light? How big are the pots they're in?

I have a bulb or two right up about 1 1/2-2inches away. I had nite burn last week on one of them and flushed it twice within a week so I'm thinkingthats the reason for the one plant but the others I'm not sure about.

I put a low dose of nutes but it's already had hood soil about a week or two ago so it was too much nutes to handle.

There's a great example of overfeeding your babies. Never give nutrients to it if you recently transplanted into new soil!

the bigger the plant. the more light you need. when i started i did the same thing, i grew with only 1 cfl,then i learned u need wayyy more light than that. so i got 7 more and i thought i was good.... by the middle of flowering i had 22 cfls around just 1 plant. also dont feed every watering, feed it every other watering. feed it once per week at 1/4 recommended nutes then build your way up to 3/4. i never use full strength.
