Here is what I did this Saturday....9 hours on the spit and it was done to perfection.

Ok who got what? I got an early pressy today....Small barrel smoker BBQ.....Doing 4 racks of ribs tomorrow.....lump charcoal and hickory chunks for smoke....Should take about 5 hours for ribs. Ribs are in Fridge now sitting in some rub.
