    Help, I'm a mess.

As a general rule, I keep the lights elbow to fingertip distance above the tops. When they are that little, 2’ is good. I think she’ll be just fine. They always go through a little transplant shock but will bounce back in a weekish. Also, using B vitamin helps with transplant shock :)

    Need help diagnosing

You can do a root drench with azamax if it’s bad, to kill the larvae in the soil. I don’t like to do that outside of veg stage tho. Yellow sticky traps work great. Just hang right at the top of the soil and they will fly right into it. Spinoza is another good spray for those

    Flushing: really necessary??

Interesting, but also suspect since it’s coming from a nutrient company who wants to sell you more product. In my entire career in this field, weed that is flushed has always been smoother. Every single time.

    Flushing: really necessary??

Bro I’ve been growing in humboldt over 16 years. My weed is top shelf and always sold before it’s even done being trimmed. I know what I’m talking about. Telling people not to flush is horrible advice. You keep growing bullshit mids if that’s your thing, but don’t call bullshit on proven methods...

    First time lollipopping, too much?

Nope. You did it proper! I always take 1/3 off the bottom. Learned from some old school Humboldt growers 16 years ago and has never failed me! It should feel wrong, but just watch all that energy go to the buds!

It should smell dank when it’s hanging! Yes, you must burp, but no way it shouldn’t smell bomb when you trim

Is it right under the light? Could just be getting too hot. You want the light to be about elbow to fingertip distance from tops. And do you have oscillating fans?

Where And what do I prune ?

Don’t prune anything until right at 2 weeks into flower. Then razor the bottom 1/4 of the plant. It will feel wrong, but trust me, 16 years doing it that way and it’s how you get big buds. Also minimizes pest/mold issues. Look at the plant from above and if it’s not getting strong light, slice...

Accidentally bent a stem with a bud, and Im Freaking out, complete newbie here.

It will be just fine. You just ‘supercropped’ it! I use that technique a lot on big plants to even out the canopy.

    Is my plant dying

It looks like there’s new growth that might pull through. Let the soil dry out and give her a chance. These girls are incredibly resistant! Curious where you’re at and if there was wildfire ash on it before the rain?

First grow. Just switched to flower. Trim now?

It all depends on the strain and how tall your space is. For instance, with OG, it will stretch a good 6” or so after flipping. Zkittlez, on the other hand, will barely stretch at all. And as a general rule, have your lights about elbow to fingertip distance above your tops. Having lights too...

    Ph dropping bad

What kind of water are you using and are you using an air stone? I just solved a massive ph issue due to using ozonated water and not letting it sit before adding nutes. Even after that, with an air stone, it spiked the ph drastically within a couple hours. No air stone solved the problem

    Is this a male?

Doesn’t look like it. Males would have sacs right where the branch meets the stems. If you’re worried, just keep an eye on it. But looks like a healthy lady from the pic
