I'll say this once again.
You do not have a humidity problem.
Chill out
I've grown with 80% humidity with very few problems, once in a while with very dense colas, some slight damage from bud rot.

Save the money for good seeds & don't waste it on a non-existant problem.
I must add that I have extreme air movement though, many fans blowing thru the plants
In a high humidity situation air movement is essential

I as well.. I have three fans inside, one for the top of the canopy, one for the floor and one sort of in the middle. I have a 6” Intake fan and a 6” exhaust with filter so air is constantly moving.

60-64 is not such terrible if you said that your buds are not so fat (in the botrytis and WPM sight). Problem is that high humidity in late flower means less trichromes production. Run the lights on at night and off during the day with ventilation on same level as with lights on.
That's what I been doing for my grow cause I was having same problems so I had to run the lights at night and the fan on 10 24hrs

For my morbid curiosity, can you advise what size grow room uses these powerful lamps, and where I can buy a 1500W LED?

Surely most modern varietals of the weed would be finished by week 8-10. Relax and chill. You've already done all the hard work.
Checked the trichomes earlier today they are still clear. So I’m sure they’ll be turning soon

I have a 4x4 grow tent. Originally purchased the 600W LED but wanted to increase the number of plants in case some turned out to be male and i have to get rid of them. 600W wasn’t big enough so I purchased a 1500W. Instead of removing the 600W, I used it for the smaller plants I placed in the tent last and the 1500W for the bigger more mature plants. Although all plants are in flowering, just two are at a different stage of flowering. And I purchased them from Amazon.

So do you have to leave your plants inthe dark longer to make that switch or was that something you did from the beginning? Since I’m so close to finishing, it’ll probably be better to utilize that advice on the next grow.

No I just set my timer to go off at 11am and back on at 9PM I been in veg going on close to 8 weeks, so I had to keep the lights off for the hottest part of the day otherwise it was like 93 degrees at noon in July and August, but with the lights off

I let my lights and fans and everything run for like a week with my govee home app hydrometer then I figured out the best time to run my lights by looking at how hot my tent was getting during the day before I started

When the lights are on in my grow tent, temperature is usually between 74-76 degree F and humidity is usually around 49-52%. At night I noticed it increases drastically to about 60-64%. Im on my last few weeks of flower. My buds hasn’t fattened much, Smells like grass or hay. However they are sticky. I have two mini dehumidifier insides the tent. Oscillating fan for the top of my canopy, and one at the bottom to eliminated stagnant air on the floor of the tent. I have an intake fan and exhaust fan with carbon filter i run consistently. Not sure what to do at this point. I only notice the humidity drops when my lights are on. Can anyone provide any advice on this issue? I’ve waited forever to get to this point and I don’t want to ruin them by possibly causing bud rot.
Get a dehumidifier and put it in a timer to only run while lights are off. Set it to 40%

I've got my dehumidifier running constantly for 12hrs + constant idling ventilation to maintain 49/54% 20/23.3c, it varies with the outside rh and temps.

Fwiw it can seem like a lot to take in at the start but after a few crops you'll be well on your way to understanding.

You might want to check you actual watts, pulled from the wall, on your lights. Companies say the lights are a 1000w, when they are like 180-300w.
