I am new to growing and my first seedling (Nirvana white widow auto) has a double tipped leaf. Is this ok?

It will likely sort itself out and be fine. Sometimes they just grow strange. Even within the same strain there are different phenotypes that can cause all sorts of different results. As long as it continues to grow and look healthy (as this does), don't worry about it.
Now if it gets bigger and starts growing all twisted and crazy, it might be an issue, but at this point, let it grow. I had germinated three Black Windows and each of them is unique in its own way between looks, response to feeding, etc.
A good thing, actually, to keep in mind for overall plant care. Listen to each plant and don't just treat them all exactly the same.

It’s fine. It’s just a babe and depending on the pheno, they have lots of variations. Just let her grow
