Basically want to know how long to safely leave all the undergrowth and leaves in a scrog grow before i chop it all away, im under the impression you should never fuck about cutting plants in flower as you stress them too much but how else are you supposed to do this when youre growing in a scrog?

Jacksthc what do you suggest i do then to avoid the overgrowth of 8 weeks in veg (6 weeks if you dont count the two weeks of cuttings rooting out)? This is the only way i was planning on doing it. Its either this or start afresh using one tent and have at least one less grow every year....

I feel that topping is actually more traumatic to be honest. youre cutting the whole main stem completely off whereas with fim you arent. also, fim takes less time to recover. IMO.

Yeah i used to top but to be honest you may aswell just fim, less stress and recovery time on the plant and better yields i find. The canopys grow nice and even with just one fimming.

Quick question, ive got 2 600s linked up via ducting pulling the heat out of sealed reflectors, my fan should be strong enough as it's pulling the sides of my tent in, and the room the tent is in feels nice and cool yet inside the tent its hot! Will getting a stronger fan resolve this issue...
